Athena's POV:
It was 7 AM in the morning when I got up and took a shower. Today is my day off so I decided to visit my brother at the hospital. I haven't seen him for weeks so I'm so excited to see his smiling face again.
After I took a bath, I picked up my matching black underwear and turned into my black jeans paired with white fitted T-shirt. I put my hair into a bun and applied a little lipgloss since I don't like putting on makeup. I looked at myself in the mirror and I was satisfied with my look. I then took my wallet and ran out of the door.
I bid goodbye to Daniela when I met her downstairs which she replied with a smile and told me to take care.
After 5 minutes of walking I arrive at the bus stop and patiently wait for the bus which arrives three minutes later then I hop in paying before finding a seat beside an elderly old woman.
She smiled at me when I returned and got comfortable in the seat. After 1 hour I arrived at the hospital.
I went straight to my brother's room and I was greeted with weak laughs between Ashley and him. A smile made its way to my face as I approached them.
"Hey Guys". I exclaimed and both of them turned to me.
"Big Sis". Braian exclaimed with weakness in his voice but full happiness in his tone. I quickly went to him and hugged him like there's no tomorrow and kissed his forehead. I then turn to Ashley and give her a warm smile which she returned.
"How are you guys doing?".
"Just the same". Ashley said and my face dropped. I know what it means. My brother isn't healing and he really needs that operation sooner.
"I see...... Well don't worry, I already saved up money from my new job so I can afford Braian's operation sooner". I turned to my brother as his eyes screamed of joy.
"Is that true Sis?". He asked full of hope and I smiled at him indicating yes as an answer. Ashley looked happy with the news too then she suddenly turned to me.
"But are you sure you're ok in your new job? I know the pay is good for a maid so I was wondering if they give you too much work?". She asked, concerned. I went silent for a moment remembering the things that happened in the house, especially between Lucifer and I.
I remember his every touch. The way his lips taste. How good he smells. How perfect his body is and how those blue eyes pierce into my Green ones.
I hate to admit it but my body loves the things he does to me and it scares me. I don't know what will happen if I develop feelings for him. I don't want to be his playtoy that he can use whenever he wants. I only work for him to get money for my brother's operation and nothing more. I don't have the time to play with my boss which made me avoid him as much as i can but his making it too difficult to do it.
Somehow, i feel like i've met him before which i couldn't remember. It's somewhere in my past and my guts are telling me it's not good. I'm too afraid to find out but his face.... his face and touch is very familiar but i can't just seem to remember him.
"Athena??". Ashley tapped my shoulder, snapping me back from reality.
"Are you ok??, you don't seem fine to me." I nod in reassurance and smiled weakly.
"Ummm yeah,, I'm fine,just thinking of something." She gives an "ok" look.
"So are you fine working there?".
"Yeah, everyone was good to me and the pay is good. I can save up money for my brother in no time." She smiled.
"BTW i brought food". I grabbed my bag full of Sandwiches and fruits then showed it to them.
