Athena's POV:
"You're the closest to heaven, that I'll ever be." —Goo Goo Dolls.
After our order arrived we all dug in, in the food. Everything in the plate is expensive, like you can eat those just once in your life.
We we’re just eating there in silence when we heard a commotion near us.
“Oh my god ahhhhh”. Sam squealed like a baby with her gaze on someone behind me. I look over my shoulder to see a very familiar figure walking like a boss in the door.
“Isn’t that….?”. Katherine thrilled off as she and Sam looked at each other and squealed.
“Yeah, the one and only Aaron Reid”. They both exclaimed. Aaron was talking to some people dressed in suits. They all screamed richness.
“He looks so hot in person,, I only see him on TV but it’s like I’m staring at a greek god right now”. Sam again. Katherine nodded.
“Tho our boss is much hotter, isn’t that right Athena?”. I got startled at Katherine but simply nodded after. Lucifer looks hotter than anyone else. I smiled at that.
I was about to look away when Aaron saw us. Our eyes locked as we stared at each other. Moments later, a big smile appeared in his red lips as he walked towards our table.
Everyone’s gaze was on him then back at me, then at him and me. I just can’t seem to look away.
“Athena, it’s so nice to see you here”. He said as he went near us. Everyone’s mouth fell agape as they looked at him. Then they glared at me.
“Uhh yeah,, we're just eating here, nice to see you too”. He smiled at that before grabbing a seat beside me sitting at it.
“Hi everyone, hope you don’t mind me here”. He turned to everyone and they just smiled at him.
“Yeah sure go ahead”. Daniel said. Everyone then introduces themselves to him, especially the two staring at him like a hawk.
“So what calls you here?”. I ask, trying to get used to his presence. He smiled at me.
“Simple, cuz this is my restaurant”. I choke at my food hearing that. He handed me a glass of water and I drank all of it.
“Wait, this is yours?”. I can’t believe he owned this expensive place, he must be richer than I imagined. He nodded at me before snapping his fingers and then a waiter came.
“Yes boss”. The waiter said.
“Tell the manager that everything this lady’s ordered here is free, understood?”. The waiter nodded and walked away. Everyone gasps but later thanks him.
“You’re such a generous mister”. Sam and Katherine said in Unison, Aaron smiled at them, melting them.
“It’s fine since you have this beautiful lady here”. He pointed at me while I blushed at what he said. Everyone stared at me with a knowing look.
“You didn’t call me not even once”. He turned to me, pouting. All eyes we’re on us.
“Ahh yeah, Just got so busy with work”. I said scratching my back. He nodded. “I see, but you should call sometimes so we can hangout”.
“I’ll think of that”. He smiled at my remarks.
We talked about a lot of things, everyone just listened to us, then the night ended and we all decided to go home.
