Chapter - 12

The next morning, King was waiting for Sera and she was walking round and round in her room due to anxiety because if she left with King then she had to come back eventually and if she didn't leave then she couldn't go back to the earth. Ray comes to her room and tells her that she can't go with the king and must refuse him.

"Really? How can I do that? Should I just say that I'm an earthling and if you take me back then I will not return with you?"

"You can use any excuse that you are not well or you are..."

"But... I think it's not that bad"

"What do you mean?"

"See, your one week time is almost over and either you take me back the day after tomorrow or I go with the king today, it hardly makes any changes"

"That is completely different. I need to check something and that requires me to take you back myself"

"What do you need to check? Wait! Are you..."

"W-what?", he got confused and thought that maybe she already knew about the thing he needed to check.

"Are you doubting that I will be a threat to your father?"

"W-what?", he mocked her "Do I have to doubt? He is the king of North Comly-5 and way stronger than you think". A servant knocked on the door and told them that the king was asking for Sera to come. Sera moves forward to leave and Ray pulls her back "We are in between a conversation. You can't leave like this".

"Of course I can. Why would I let the king of North Comly-5 wait for me?", she taunts him and he smiles to reply, "You don't leave a chance to answer me back".

He told the servant to go and inform Dad that she was coming in a minute. He told her that she needed to be very careful while being on earth as he had checked the place where he was taking her and that's full of researchers and they can expose her identity.

"Bid me farewell"

"What farewell?"

"I won't be coming back"

"What!"

"I thought that it was a good chance to go back and then when we will be on earth, I will take a chance to sneak away and when the king isn't able to find me then he will eventually come back"

"Are you amnesiac? Didn't I tell you that I need to check something with you? You have to come back!"

"Why don't you tell me what you have to check? If it is unnecessary then it's better to not waste time"

"I need to check about the thing which earlier happened with us"

"What?? Be clear or I'm going now..."

"Did you forget? When we fall in the pond...remember?", he tried to hint to her about the power mishap but she thought he was talking about that kiss and slapped his arm.

"Woahh!! You are seriously something", she was walking away, and he pulled her and asked what she meant. She was surprised by his audacity to bring up that topic and said, "Aren't you getting too shameful? You have a fiancé so better think before speaking".

"How is it concerned with Amber? It's my personal matter. No, actually it's our matter".

"Wait, it's not my matter at all. I didn't do anything, you did that"

"Excuse me! I didn't do anything, it's your fault"

"My fault? I even pushed you away but it was you who pulled me closer and kissed me !"
