Pomni's Last Nerve [CANCELED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE]

Chapter 2: There is a time to go out.

After some sulking, Pomni finally brought herself together enough to go outside of her room. But only to look for that stupid exit door. On the way, she bumps into Gangle, causing their comedy mask to fall.
"Ough no, m-my comedy mask...it's broken....again!" Gangle sobs.
Pomni can't help but feel a twinge of remorse. "
"I'm sorry, Gangle, I didn't see you there. I zoned out while I was walking."
Gangle sniffs, wiping her eyes.
"I-it's fine.... I'll go fix it later...what are you even doing, P-pomni?"
Pomni looks off to the side, trying to think of an excuse.
"Just...." She sighs.
"Just looking around some more."
Gangle nods slightly and trudges over to their room.
"I-Im gonna go try to f-fix my m-mask...have fun looking around, Pomni...."
Pomni watches Gangle shuffle over to the hallway where the rooms are. She runs around, looking for that dastardly exit door.
"C'mon, it's gotta be here somewhere..."
She looks around for a while. But while she is running and looking off to the side, she trips on something.
"wOAH-!"
She topples over, tries to get up but loses her balance, right next to a flight of stairs. She falls over on the stairs, tumbling down.
"OW- EUGH- OUGH- AGH-"
She finally lands face-first onto the cold tile floor.
"Hah, that was funny! You shoulda seen your face as you were falling."
Jax. He's just another obstacle to her mission, and an annoying one at that. Pomni rubs her face, trying to make the pain go away.
"Hello, Jax..."
"What's the problem, Pomni? Going coo-coo?"
Jax laughs at his own joke. But Pomni really did feel like that. But she just wasn't going to admit that to somebody, especially Jax.
"No, just...looking around."
"I thought you already got a tour?"
Jax raises an eyebrow and puts his hands on his hips, tapping his foot on the floor. "I have a feeling you're lying, Pom-Pom!"
Oh how she hated that name. Jax thought it was funny. Well he will regret calling her that stupid, degradable name when she escapes this colorful hell.
"Why would I be lying, I just wanted to look around more...you know, get used to the place."
Jax raises his eyebrow even more and his smirk grows wider.
"Hah! Your excuses are so obvious, it's laughable!"
Jax bent down to her level and laughed in her face.
Pomni, calm down. He's just taunting you. He wants a reaction from you.
"Yeah, very funny...can't I just look around in peace?"
"Hmm...no, ya can't!"
Jax snickers.
"I'm gonna bother ya until I see somebody else to annoy. Which will probably not be until a while, cuz everybody's still asleep at this time!"
"What time even is it?"
"About 6:00am. Yeah, there's a measurement of time. Surprising, isn't it?"

That stupid smirk Jax has on his face.

It makes Pomni go mad.

Pomni sighed, assuming he would follow her like a lost puppy.
"Fine. I'll just wait you out then."
"Sure, but I'll just keep talkin' to you."
Pomni groans and trudges up the stairs she fell down.
"Where ya goin', Pom-Pom?"
"I don't know, I'm just gonna walk around until you go away."
"Well get ready to have a marathon then, because I won't be gone for a while!"

Jax.

Stupid Jax.

Why couldn't he just leave her alone. She's on a mission, and this rabbit is following her, taunting her.

She was already on the verge of insanity, now she's even closer. Poor Pomni.
