Pomni's Last Nerve [CANCELED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE]

Chapter 14: Living with the glitch.

Pomni's life was so much more different with her arm. Her words were glitched and it hurt a lot. She hoped nobody accidentally touched her arm again. She would be so sad if it happened.

Meanwhile Jax was ignoring her. Whenever he saw her, he walked away or pretended she wasn't there, even if she tried to talk to him. After a while, Pomni gave up on trying to talk to him. She just minded her own business.

Gangle was so much more afraid of Pomni. They squeaked when she came around suddenly, and shuddered when her name was mentioned.

Kinger didn't really know what to think. All he knew was that he would comfort Gangle if they felt scared.

Zooble didn't really care. They just saw Pomni as somebody who deserved a little sympathy.

Boy was Pomni getting sympathy.

Ragatha came over to Pomni's room every day to check on her, and made sure she wasn't lonely. She talked to her for hours on end, whether it was about something funny or serious. Pomni always had a smile on her face talking to Ragatha.

Today is one of those times they were talking.

Pomni told a joke to Ragatha, and she laughed, raising her hand to slap her knee. She accidentally hit Pomni's arm and recoiled slightly.
"Ow-"
Pomni's smile dropped. She felt horrible.
"O-o-o-oh god- Ragatha I'm so sorry-"
Ragatha held her glitchy hand in pain before sighing slightly. She put her smile back on and looked towards Pomni.
"It's fine, and besides, I have an idea!"
Ragatha pulled out some bandages and unrolled some. She ripped it off and started wrapping it around Pomni's arm. Pomni looked in awe.
"W-w-w-w-wow Ragatha! You're really good at this."
"Thanks, Pomni! It kind of comes second nature to me, for whatever reason."
Ragatha finished wrapping the bandage around and smiled.
"Done!"
Pomni looked at her arm. It was covered in bandages, and made her feel better. She didn't have to look down at the eyes wherever she went. She smiled.
"Thanks a lot, Ragatha. I-I-I really appreciate it!"

"Oh, it's nothing, Pomni! Now you have a cast, though, maybe we can get people to sign it!" Ragatha responded.
"You're right, let's go!"
Pomni got up quickly and held open the door for Ragatha.
"After you!"
Ragatha laughed slightly and walked out of the door. Pomni followed and turned off the light before closing the door.

Such good friends.
