Physiology: Qurupeco resembles a large bird with Pterosaur-like features, such as a fanged beak, head crest, and leathery wings. He is mainly lime green, with some scales being yellow. The crest on his head is brown, and he has purple. feathers. He is known to have a red vocal sac on his neck, which can inflate. He has brown growth on his wings that resembles flint. His tail is shaped like a fan and can unfold revealing brightly colored skin, most likely a warning for any would-be attacker. His feet possess 3 frontal digits on each foot. He may also have a back digit, but his stubby appearance makes it look like a heal.
Behavior: He is very calm in nature, but he will attack when provoked.
Abilities: He uses his masterful vocal mimicry abilities to summon aid from various monsters, but the monsters he summons are depending on his behavior: When he holds his head high and his wings down while standing still, he's summoning a small monster like Ludroth or Jaggi. If he sweeps his head from left to right, and then up, while balancing on one foot, he is summoning a large monster such Rathalos, Rathian, Lagiacrus, or Deviljho. The is also able to mimicry abilities for healing and boosting skills. He uses his beak to peck at attackers, but he is able to put attackers to sleep as well. The growths on his wingtips are flintstones, which can he hits together like a hammer and ignite. He is able to spray a mucus from his mouth.
Why he is my favorite? -his armor is really cool looking, similar to a native american clothing style. -the tooth beak is similar to many toothed pterosaurs like Pterodactylids, Harpactognathids, and Tropegnathids. -the crest is similar to Pteranodon Longiceps. -similar to Yian Kut-Ku, sonic bombs are effective when he is using his mimicry abilites, which can stun the creature.
