Physiology: Great Jagras greatly resembles an iguana. He has yellow scales with orange accents and a bluish underbelly. He also has a mane of hairs that resemble dreadlocks. The monster has incredible stomach capacity and often swallows prey whole, greatly distending his belly. He will spit out whatever he has eaten if he take to much damage while his stomach is bloated.
Behavior: Great Jagras are extremely passive towardshunters until he is provoked, this usually happens when he is struck by the hunters weapon. In the Food Chain of the Ancient Forest, Great Jagras is the lowest part and gets dominated by Anjanath and Deviljho, with the latter shaking him like a ragdoll and chucking him at hunters like a bowling ball.
Abilities: He is able to swallow large prey whole in one gulp, allowing him to use his immense weight to fight off any potential threats. On very rare occasions, he will also vomit at the hunter if his stomach is bloated. His attacks can greatly vary in battle depending if he has eaten or not. If he has a full belly, he will try to use his body weight to crush hunters. If he does not have a full belly, he will use bites and claw swipes to do damage.
Why he is my favorite? -he is one of the most unique members of the Fanged Wyvern Species to resemble lizard. -In World, there is a quest where you fight a very large "Arch-Tempered" Great Jagras that spits out shinies during thr hunt. -If he was is Rise, the Yokai that would represent him is the Waira, which is a very unique yokai from japanese mythology, known to have an earthly color and a single claw on all of its limbs.
