Physiology: Paolumu is a bat-like wyvern that slightly resembles the Honduran white bat. Like said bat species, Paolumu is covered in white fur and has a pink face. Though he is covered in fur, Paolumu also has some brown scales covering its back, underbelly, and tail. The Paolumu has rodent-like buck teeth. This is because his diet consists of the eggs that come from the coral, which Paolumu sucks in using his incredible breathing power.
Behavior: Paolumu are fairly calm unless provoked by a threat. Once provoked, they will become aggressive. Paolumu won't attack an opponent unless they attack hum first. Paolumu is outclassed by other Larger Monsters like the brute wyvern Deviljho, another true-flying wyvern Legiana, and fanged wyvern Odogaron.
Abilities: Inside of Paolumu's neck is a special air sac that inflates once he has sucked in enough air. Once his air sac has inflated, Paolumu is able to float in the air like a balloon and able to attack foes from above. While floating, Paolumu will use his hard tail to batter foes at close range. Paolumu is also able to breathe wind at foes, it can also use its inhaling powers to draw in opponents closer or to make them stagger.
Why he is my favorite? -he is the only wyvern to have tue appearance of a bat. -he looks absolutely adorable -his armor looks really cool. -his fight is challenging because of him being in the air once he inflated.
