Physiology: Rajang strongly resembles the Blangonga, a large ape-like beast in appearance and movement. He even borrows some attacks from Blangonga. The noticable differences is the broader muscles, large horns, and a hairy tail tip and his ability to use electricity-based attacks. He is brown in color, while his eyes are a crimson color, and his horns are gold. When enraged, his fur will rise and become gold.

Behavior: Rajang is extremely violent, unrelenting and ultra-aggressive, and he's intensely territorial as well. He will pick fights with anything that trespasses on his territory, even powerful elder dragons are not safe from his rage.

Abilities: In combat, Rajang uses his physical strength and agility to overwhelm enemies with sheer power and unrelenting aggression, with his forelimbs being dexterous enough to beat down and pin opponents. Rajang is able to breath electricity from his mouth, either as a blast or beam. In addition to his rage mode, he goes into what is known as "Rampage Mode" where is speed and power increases even further and his forelimbs become red, wher the sharpest of weapons can't cut.

Why he is my favorite?
-he is an Elder-Dragon Level Large Monster and have turf wars with Deviljho and Bazelgeuse.
-he is Monster Hunters answer to King Kong.
-he is the natural predator to the unicorn elder dragon Kirin.
--after having a turf war with Kirin, Rajang will break the horses horns off and eat it, making Rajang go into rage mode.
-The Rajang is similar to Goku from Dragonball in more ways that one.
--when going into Rampage Mode, it looks like his power is over 9000
--in the Dragonball universe, any saiyans who still have their tails go into the Great Ape state, where they blindly attack anything in sight under the full moon.
--in Frontier, before it disconnected it servers, Rajang gains a move similar to Goku's Spirit Bomb move.
--cutting a Rajangs tail is similar of cutting a saiyans tail and making them loose the Great Ape state. Even though cutting the tail preventing Rajang from going into rage mode only works in the second and fourth generation games, in fifth generation, after cutting the tail, he still goes into rage mode.
-in Rise, he is the personification of the Raiju yokai as well as the Oni yokai from Japanese Mythology.
-he is the monster form of Yang Xiao-Long.
