chan happily closed the cafe and turned around, his eyes meeting with small adorable chicken like boy.

"so, what are we doing?" Felix asked.

"whatever you want." chan said with a smile, which Felix gladly returned.

"can we go to a bookstore? I heard sam hwang published new book, I really want to buy it."
Felix said.

chan looked at the boy with admiration in his eyes.
"of course. I didn't know sam hwang published new book."

"oh, he published it like three days ago, but I didn't have time to go and buy it." Felix said.

chan nodded, understanding.

the two boys made their way to the bookstore.
chan was thinking about how exactly will he bring his question up.

I mean, how do you even confess to someone?
and worse, how do you confess to someone who doesn't like you back?

well, chan didn't really know if Felix liked him back, because he never confirmed it, nor denied it.
he just had hope.
even tho Felix wasn't exactly acting like he liked him.

chan sighed, which didn't go unnoticed by Felix.
"is something wrong?"

chan looked at Felix.
"no, everything is okay. look, the bookstore is right there."
he said and pointed at the bookstore, trying to change the subject.

Felix smiled when he saw the oh so familiar bookstore. he happily stared jumping towards it, making Chan chuckle.
felix wasn't giving him any break.
he was always doing something that made Chan fall in love with him even more.

they went inside the bookstore, felix instantly smiling when he breathed in the scent of new books.

his favorite scent.

"so, we are here for the sam hwang book only?"
Chan asked.

"yeah, I need to get one for me and one for the coffee shop. let's go."
felix smiled and he stared walking around the bookstore, Chan right behind him, trying to find the new book.

few moments later, he smiled to himself.
"found it."

Chan looked over Felix's shoulder, seeing how the boy picked two books up.
"here, can you hold it for me?"
he asked.

Chan smiled at him.
"of course."

when felix said he came here just for the two books, he meant it.
but you know, felix in a bookstore is the same thing if you put kpop stan into a kpop store and tell them not to buy anything.

long story short, it's impossible.

just few moments later, Chan was already carrying five more books, while felix was looking around, enjoying this time more then he should.

but suddenly, when they walked inside one aisle, felix stopped when his eyes met with a familiar person.

"hyunjin?"
