Burgundy grinned as she stretched in the sunlight while Reed and Pheasant caught up to her, emerging from the cave entrance. "Finally." She whispered, as Pheasant muttered, "Finally, we can let her go." Reed just smiled. "Alright, want to take us back to Market Square?" He smiled. Market Square was the squared clearing in the center of the market, near Lahar's Delights. "Sure." She nodded. Burgundy launched herself into the sky and sped forward towards the middle of possibility.

"We're Here!" Burgundy called back as she lowered herself out of the sky. "Stay close; the market is big, and you don't know the way around like I do." She warned the two sibs. Reed and Pheasant stuck nervously to her side, even Pheasant not flinching away when their scales touched. Burgundy walked confidently through a short alleyway, and they appeared at Lahar's delights. "Mum!" she cried, as she saw Lahar packing up, a sorrowful expression on her face. Lahar looked up, looking older and more tired than when Burgundy had last saw her just that morning. Even in the dim light of sunset, she could see the overjoyed look on Lahar's face, her snout slightly wrinkled the way it always was when she was happy. Burgundy raced towards her mother and ran into Lahar's open arms. "Mudpie, where were you?" Lahar whispered and looked up as Reed and Pheasant approached warily. She narrowed her eyes at the two approaching sibs. "Did you kidnap her?" Lahar hissed. "Mum, I'm okay. They just wanted to find out where Umber was." Burgundy defended Reed and Pheasant readily. "Oh, Umber was so worried for you earlier, Burgundy. He ran all the way through the markets and back!" Lahar cried, stretching out her forearms to display the wide space he had covered. "Oh." Burgundy said, not knowing what to say. "Go find him and tell him you're sorry." Lahar chided, her worry disappearing to motherly common sense. "You had better apologise, too." She added, and then smiled, and then began tidying up. "Mind if we tag along?" Reed grinned, and nudged Burgundy's shoulder with his. "Sure." Burgundy agreed, grinning too. "But only if you're well behaved!" her voice changed to sound proper, like an incredibly old dragon. The sibs nodded, and the trio began flying again, to Umber and Sora's dip.
