The news of our little bundle of joy coming much sooner than we thought was finally starting to finally sink in as I woke up this morning, while also still being almost constantly reminded of the impending doom coming in just ten months from now. Needless to say, I wasn't feeling as uppity as I would on a normal morning, and the fact that I couldn't sleep or drink more than one cup of coffee a day had now seriously pissed me off.

I did my best to manage my slight temper in front of Dean as Sam and I got ready this morning back at the newly renovated house, but Dean was always quick to pick up on when I was in a bad mood as if he was slightly psychic himself. The only problem was, he didn't have the brains not to point it out, even if he was just being the same old annoying older brother that he always was. I, on the other hand, couldn't decide within myself whether that warmed my heart or made me want to punch him in the face, much to Sam's dismay as we still hadn't decided how we were going to tell him yet.

It was still early in the morning as Sam and I walked the halls of Bobby's mansion towards the infirmary, wearing loose fitted gray sweatpants and a graphic white tee with Sam's oversized red flannel and carrying a mug of herbal tea.

I made a face at the cup, shaking my head and mumbling to myself, "I still don't know why I can't drink coffee?"

Sam glanced back, shaking his head and shrugging, "I didn't say you couldn't, I just said you have to limit your caffeine intake? Your blood pressure is already high enough as it is?"

I looked back at him, raising my eyebrows as I made a face, "I know, but Chamomile? Really? It tastes like flower piss?"

Sam stopped, shrugging, "It's all we had? Even that's probably like ten years old?"

Sam looked away as he walked beside me, shaking his head as he furrowed his brows slightly, "My mom was the one who used to drink it..."

I glanced back at him, looking back at the cup and shrugging, "No offense, but I don't think I would have liked your mom?"

Sam stopped in place, looking back at me and furrowing his brows as he shook his head, "No offense, but I'm not exactly thrilled about your mom either?"

I stopped, shrugging in agreement, "Can't say I blame you?"

We finally came around the corner, walking into the infirmary as I shook my head and adjusted my bra with an uncomfortable look on my face, "I'm just saying? We really need to do some shopping?"

Sam looked back at me, his expression suddenly transforming as if his eyes were glued to my chest, almost running into the stool in front of him before he finally blinked and stopped in place, making me stop too and look back at him, furrowing my eyebrows slightly.

Sam gave me a look, "Don't do that. I know when you're trying to read my mind now."

I stopped, giving him a look and shaking my head, "I didn't-"

I stopped again, glancing down at my stomach quickly before looking away again and shaking my head, "I didn't mean to... I'm sorry."

Sam had a strangely suspicious look on his face as he looked down at me when Griffin finally called out with a laugh, "Hey, look what I found? You wouldn't believe how easy it was to get this back here?"

I turned back and saw Griffin from across the room, standing behind a strange looking machine as he plugged wires into the back of a monitor.

Sam stopped, giving him a look before he moved the stool out from in front of him and came closer to the machine, raising his eyebrows, "That was fast? I thought getting your hands on an ultrasound machine would take longer than eight hours?"
