We're in a human house? (Xavier)

When I finally regained my consciousness, I thought I had died. There was a bright light above me, I tried to shield my face but my arm was restricted. I turn my head to see that my arm is wrapped and secured down. I was confused first but that's when I remembered what happened. Looking around from my position, I saw that it looked like I was in someone's home. I tried to sit up and managed but the pain in my shoulder and back was against me.

"So you're awake?" I heard someone say which caused my head to snap in that direction. I saw two humans, a male and a female, looking at me. I tried to move away as the female stepped closer. Which caused her to stop, and look back at the man.

"You don't need to be afraid. We won't hurt you. My wife just wants to check on your injuries to make sure there's no excess bleeding." the man said. Were they the ones that wrapped my wounds? But why would they help a vampire? I looked back at my wounds and brought my hand to my mouth and felt that my fangs were gone. Did I transform into my human form, after I passed out? But even if my fangs are gone, I still should have my pale skin, which shouldn't be normal to humans.

"We know you're scared since we accidentally shot you and your friend. We mistook you two for those monsters that had gathered there. We're happy that we managed to save you guys from our mistake, but also get you away from those creatures." the man spoke as he stood from his seat. Saved us? My friend? Is he talking about? Zarya! Where was she, did they have her as well? I looked around but didn't see her in the room with me.

"Are you wondering where your friend is? She's in another part of the house, since we had to take her to a doctor to handle her injuries. She's not exactly in the most decent attire and for her privacy we had her separated. You can see her once she wakes up and gets clothes on." the woman spoke out as if she knew what I was thinking.

"Did you want to tell us your name? My name is Dan and this is my wife, Sherry." Dan introduced. They both looked at me expectantly, waiting for me to say my name. Do I really want to trust these humans? They admitted to attacking us and trying to kill us. The only reason they didn't was because we both unconsciously transformed into our human forms.

"You don't have to tell us, but it would be easier for us to address you." Sherry tried to reason.

"He doesn't trust us honey. I wouldn't trust us either after you shot me with stakes." Dan laughed as he walked over to a desk in the corner of the room. He picked something up and walked over to me and held out his hand.

"Maybe this might get you to trust us?" he said as he showed me what was in his hand. In his hand he held Zarya's moon necklace. I quickly snatched it out of his hands, into my own.

"We found it on you, and had to remove it when we needed to operate on you to get the stakes out. We didn't want to accidentally break it during the surgery." Sherry explained as she placed a hand on her husband's shoulder. Surgery? What are they talking about? I know I did research on humans but there is still a lot to learn apparently. Maybe I should at least show some courtesy if they did save my life and Zarya's. Even though they were the ones that also almost ended it. I took a deep breath before I spoke.

"I'll talk but I don't trust you." I finally said as I made an effort to turn on what I think is a bed.

"How about we start off simple? Since we told you our name, how about you share yours?" Dan asked me. I looked at them skeptically before answering.

"My name is Xaiver." I answered as I looked away from them and at the necklace.

"Do you know how old you are?" Sherry asked. Great...How do I explain that I'm over 600 years old, 617 to be exact.
