As the chatting continued, a scream was heard from the river shore. It was the brutal pirates who took Emily. They hit one of the ladies who were trying to stop them from entering their village. The one-eyed pouched captain ordered that girls be taken into their boat. Williams seethed with rage as he witnessed the despicable act of the pirates snatching the innocent girls. "I can't believe this!" he kissed his teeth. Thomas warned Williams to make any stupid decision, for he knew the pirates were armed making them hide amongst the crowd who looked at the pirates taking the girls.
"What do you think they're doing with them," says Amelia.
Thomas scoffs  as he sniffs his tobacco
"We have to find out".

THE WAILING INCREASES
The captain shoots one of the men in the head as they sail away.
Williams with his crew ran towards the shore. Thomas with so disappointments; that he had no clue where he could probably trace the pirates. Williams hits he's legs against the stones, sitting on the ground with his face even more frantic than ever.
"What do we do now?''Benjamin says with his arms crossed looking all confused.
"I say we go after them," Thomas says
"HEY!! Old man, you have caused us so much. It seems like every time we are one step away from finding Emily." He continued "It seems we all forgot why we left Victorian London. It's to mine, mine!!" He spat on the ground as he got up from the ground and went back into the Village.
Williams appeared to be hot-tempered which made his colleagues at work never find him so interesting outside his zealous attitude, I mean the other colleagues who are not his friends. But deep down Williams is a fine man who just has anger issues. Is that a loss for him?
"Where do you think you're going?" asked Thomas who never paid any attention to Williams's words earlier he seems never to listen to Williams when he's mad. "All he says when he's mad is gibberish".

Williams's steps fade into the village

The little girl sits beside Williams who is staring at the sky. Maintaining this silence. The little girl breaks it
"I also come here to have my quiet sometime..."
"Mm".
"I think the sky is a great masterpiece"
" Credits to the genius, right ?" still staring at the sky.
"I think...My name is Jinx and ur Williams.
"Nice" responds Williams.

Jinx and Williams's conversation. From how our mother died at the hands of the pirates. Her father was the only one who had been taking care of her. Jinx had this knowledge of pirates, islands, and sea animals which dazzled Williams. The more she spoke Willimas kept giving her the look as he kept questioning himself if Jinx was 8 years old like she said. Well, her father was a fisherman and she liked tagging along for fishing most times. As they both occasionally go to some island just for the site as Jinx is a very curious girl.

"That was how my dad killed the snake" Jinx concluded the talk.
Williams giggles and turns to Jinx asking her if she knows why the pirates came to capture the girls. She became so uncomfortable with the question.
She gave in and told him how the pirates come to kidnap young girls and sometimes children. They have been tormenting them for years.
"Does anyone know why the girls are been taken?"

She replied with a soft no.
"It has been hell"
