Jake gets all the systems down in the house and kicks the front doors off, before Timothy returns with clothes for him and report from Miguel.
As far as Miguel can tell, it will be a day before Collin can function properly and a few more before he's fully Supernaturally capable.

They search the village marking each building with demon, breaking every defense they find and inventoring everything in their phones on group map making mood.

Hera's skinwalkers arrive to aid them and let Timothy know Hera ordered any demons they bring to the village will be handed over to Miguel for treatment.

The hours seem to speed up as more of Hera's skinwalkers come to help.
Jake is sure with his mapping that they will be back to Lumarimore's house soon, when Hera finds him.
"What are you doing?
"Everyone is getting worried."

Jake questions, "Worried about what?"

She is clearly shocked, "You.
"You're doing the grunt work and tying up loose ends.

"You need to rest and celebrate your quest victory."

Jake gives her a hug, "It's good to see you, but I need you to stay away from me until I finish my quest."

Hera fusses, "But you won?
"It's over."

Jake shakes his head, "Collin won an attack from his enemy hiding in the shadows.
"I still haven't faced a Wandering YetI or learned why Corky is with me."

Hera rakes her teeth over her lip, "Didn't a report say he said he was here for your Hum breeding?"

Jake puts his phone in his pocket, "Yeah, he said that.
"Also, said he was with me to save me from tha rattlesnake he ate and throw up for six weeks.

"Bet he'll tell ya it was the baby boom, too.

"He even told Goreapine it's just for frozen pizza and popsicles.

"We might just have to run out the clock, but I have to get my cosmic balance in order or I'm a danger.

"What went done with this skinwalker bitch is proof.

"I love you, Beautiful.
"I just can't come home right now."

Hera nods a brave face, "I understand.
"Would you issue orders for your family and text them to Eric?
"Miguel will find you in a while to get the aura reserve off your phone for Goreapine's babies."

Jake hooks her by the waist, "Sure, but can I have a kiss for courage."

Hera grabs his head slowly and firmly as she kisses him hot and heavy, despite their skinwalkers about.

When she retreats, he admits, "That was way more than I expected.
"Amazing and distracting, but you are my favorite distraction."

She hugs him tight, "I love you so much, Jake.
"I need you to get home safe."

Jake lifts her and swings her feet, "I love the way you lie to my ego."
He puts her back on her feet and retreats enough to see her face, "There is nothing you need.
"I'm just the lucky dude you decided you want."

Hera wipes her cheek as she turns from him, "Perhaps, there was a time I needed no one, but it's no longer true."
She turns to light and shines away.

Jake takes his phone out and asks Dixie marking the building they just cleared, "Hey Cutie, I gonna take a break.
"Can I get ya to do two things for me?"

She bounces with a laugh, "Ya are my boss, so probably, yes."

Jake bobs his head, "There is that.

"Will you send me to the landing for the Portor Exit of Northpoint?
"Then look into my missing backpack.
"When ya find it, send it to me.
"I'll still be on the landing.
