Chapter 9-Music

     I was walking with Blaise, Matt, Theo, and Tom in the courtyard when I heard a really loud drum beat inside my head. As soon as it appeared, it disappeared so it was most likely an accident but it pissed me off and was the last straw.

     I saw her with her head leaning on a tree. She didn't notice me walk up to her I guess as she didn't look at me all of the other times I've walked up to her.

     "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" I yelled. She jumped before getting out a piece of paper and writing something on it.

     I'm too pissed off to care, so when she handed it to me, I ripped it out of her hand and said, "No, I've had enough. I've been patient with you in hope that I wasn't stock with someone like you or that you were only shy. But you've only shown me that you were worse than you let on." 

     I went to grab her phone as I wanted to destroy it when she stood up quicker than I've ever seen her move. It also looked like her eyes were red when she leaned in and whispered in the raspiest voice I've ever heard, "You're about to reveal who your soulmate is."

     She then put her headphones in and put her hood up while she walked away.

     When I looked around, I saw some people start coming out and Matt said, "Hurry up! We're going to be late."

     I quickly walked over and Blaise asked, "What happened mate?"

     "I'll tell you later," was all I could say. I was trying to figure out how she moved so fast, why she's so protective of her phone, and a lot more about her.

     When we got to the dorms that night, everyone changed and sat on their beds, looking at me.

     "What?"

     "Going to tell us what happened at lunch?" Blaise asked like those girls that love gossip.

     "I think it's best if I show you."

     Tom then got up and said, " Follow me."

     We all followed him, knowing exactly where we were going. We were going to the chamber of secrets which only Tom. Tom and Mattheo are brothers but Tom is the only one that's a perselmouth.

     Getting to the bathroom, Tom opened the passageway into the chamber and we all followed after him.

     Once we reached the mainroom, Theo summoned a pensieve and I stepped forward. Putting my wand to the side of my head, I extracted the memory and placed it in the pensieve. We all went into the pensive.

     The memory started a few seconds before I heard the loud drum noise and ended when she was walking away.

     "I wasn't the only one who saw her red eyes, right?" Blaise asked.

     "No, I saw them too," Theo said.

     "Me too," Matt said.

     "And obviously you saw them too, Draco," Blaise said.

     We looked at Tom but he looked lost in his thoughts. We waited and not long after, he said, "Do you think she's something else other than human?"

     "She has to be human," I said.
