Chapter - 15

  Ben:" I really expected you to stay out of trouble.. " he sigh throwing his body on the couch on which he has been sleeping from past these days..

  Ben:" You could've told me if staying in the room was that hard.. " he said displeased by his actions as the hospital staff received a lot of complaints from the patients of that floor..

  Ben:" Hey I am talking to you.. " he set his arm on the armrest of the couch.. his palm holding his head as he stare at the quiet man sitting on his bed..

  Damn.. and I thought he changed when in reality he just changed the way to piss off people around him..

  Ben:" Are you hungry?.. " he asked changing the topic and the man only shake his head in negative..

  Ben:" The doctor said that you slipped and get hurt.. how's is it?.. still paining?.. " he changed the angle of his face to a little upward direction as he aimed to check out his body..

  Ethan:" I am fine.. " Ben raised his eyebrow at his short reply.. his face crunching into a weird look.. displeased at his thankless nature..

  Ben:" You know.. I actually brought something for you.. like I promised.. " he get up on his shoes as he proceed to walk towards a paper bag places at the table..

  Ethan:" No need.. " Ben look at him sharply this time.. totally irritated by his attitude..

  Ben:" C'mon.. you didn't even see it yet.. " he urged with cold voice but the man was still uninterested.. Ethan leaned back till his body was completely laid on the soft comforter..

  Ethan:" no matter what it is.. I am not looking forward to anything.. " he said with a long breath and closed his eyes..

  Ben:" Even Lily.. " he crossed his arms on his chest staring at Ethan, who gently opened his eyes..

  Ben:" well I don't think so.. you still hoped for her to show up from somewhere.. just anywhere.. " Ethan moved his eyeball towards him.. still laying on his back..

  Ethan:" why are you dragging her in this matter?.. " he said weakly but that never stopped him from highlighting the hidden anger in his tone..

  Ben:" I am dragging her?.. you are the one dragging her here.. I didn't run around the corridor shouting her name.. You did.. " He spat those words on his face making the other one breath out his anger.. his hands, which were placed gently on his chest, fisted on the sheets..

  Ethan:" what do you want?.. are you aiming to control my mind now?.. must I bound myself to accept the things you are doing for me?.. " his head spin as he once again felt exposed to tangled strings of his life.. a riddle that he couldn't solve..

  Ben:" No.. I just.. ahh.. " he pushed his hairs back and take out a large breath.. unless Nathan, he aimed to make things understanding for Ethan.. after all he is doing all of this  for him..

  Ben:" I just want you to give me the situations I can handle for you.. the burden I can share with you.. how can I help you with something, which I have no control over.. " that girl Lily.. how can he bring her to him.. how can he make her realize she is gone when he, himself don't even believe that she exist..

  Ethan:" Ben.. " he stopped him from talking further.. moving his eyes to the ceiling..

  Ethan:" I know you want to help me but you can't.. how can you help me when I failed to do so.. " his eyes glistened with different emotions as he stare at nowhere..

  Ethan:" how can you hope to control my situation when even I don't have any control over it?.. " he closed his eyes pulling the sheets more over him as he aimed to sleep as soon as possible..
