My Prince "I'll always protect you" 1

Third person pov.
After the death of the beloved king and Queen, the entire Kingdom went on riot and sorrow filled on mourning of their late king and Queen.

Everyone needed someone to blame for their loss, so everyone settled to accuse the Prince who lost his both parents at once.
They told he was the bad luck , everything was fine until he was born. Their accusation made no sense, but people were stuck to it.

Everyone went on big commotions to kill the Prince before his bad luck swallows the whole kingdom like his parents, but could not according to royal laws a prince should be executed when he was a king when he makes his people dissatisfied with his service. So everyone settled to kill the boy then. But still there were some people who wanted justice for their king and queen and settled on making small groups to kill him.

The boy was seven years old when he was attacked by a poisonous arrow on the same day when his parents died.
Felix was not there to protect him as he was in his home doing the last rituals of his late father as he had no one.

When the boy got to know about it he swore to never leave the prince, and was there by him when he was recovering.
The kingdom was never peaceful after that day everyday some or other one would try to kill him due to which the Prince was locked down in the Palace and never went out.

After 10 years.

"Prince Hwang, you can't go out it is dangerous".

"I'm the Prince and in a month I'll be the crown prince and then the king you can't tie me down here".

"Well we can young man, now go back to your room before you want to take punishment".

" Uncle please understand me i should know how my people are living to look after them..to make them love me and not hate me. I want to be a good ruler like my fath_"
Hyunjin was cut from the words of desperation and determination by his his uncle, elder brother of his father one of the strongest minister.

"Enough kid stop before I decide to punish you. You are grown up so i hope you don't want to be humiliated like when you were kid."

Hyunjin had tears in his eyes remembering the punishment he used to get, how he is used to made stand in hot sand barefoot whole day and made write an apology in the sun, if there would be any mistake then based on number of mistakes that many times he had to write the apology again in the sun.
Hyunjin did not budge but stood on his ground despite the shivers he was feeling when his uncle came close.

"Minister Hwang, away from prince according to the  laws of being a crown prince duration no one is allowed to be close to prince within the 5 foot distance, so please obey before I use my sword".
Felix who had remained silent till now, stood infront of both when he saw the minister approaching his Prince.

"Anyone means you too kid".

"No Minister Hwang, I don't come in anyone I as a royal bodyguard can stay as close as I want to my Prince if it means to protect him ". Felix started with plain face, no emotions on his face . A cold glare with his deep voice made the minister back up and move away from there.

"You know I did not need you, I can protect myself". Hyunjin spoke despite how thankful and protected he felt he spoke with a cold tone

"I know my prince you can protect yourself after all you will be crown prince soon, and king when you reach 21, but My Prince "I'll always protect you" it is my responsibility and I'm not going down it. Never in this life".
Felix spoke in determined voice though his voice was deep and his face showed no emotions, he voice was still warm making the prince look away from his eyes.

"You want to protect me right, why don't you protect me out of this palace, I'm going to see my people follow me or don't i  want to know how they are living".

"Sure My Prince I'll follow you everywhere, I'm never leaving you alone, never again ".

"Then come we have to go".

Both the boy's on loosing their parents early, made it difficult to learn things from people who they don't know nor trust.
Felix was always there, and hyunjin  had always been grateful about it. He loved spending time with the boy as kid but as time went by and felix started treating him as prince more than friend hyunjin started to be cold to him.

They are always there for each other and hyunjin will never let anyone or any law hurt felix. For hyunjin Felix is first priority to always protect, because felix despite the distance never left him alone, never accused him like others, never got in citizen's words and told prince was the reason he lost his father instead he told "Ill protect you like my father my prince, I'll never leave you, you will always have me, don't listen to them."
Felix stood by his words and protected hyunjin from people in the Palace from anywhere and everyone who tried to him.

He knows his uncle does not like him cause he was not the king but his father was despite being younger than him and hold his grudge against the prince but Felix never spoke anything wrong about them he just protected never accused, he was there but never interfered, he knew everything but kept quiet for him, for him to believe that no one in his family wants to kill him, that he is alone and has no one. He let the Prince live in the false love offered to him as kid, as he had no one to love nor be loved.
When hyunjin was punished in the hot sun he stood by him there, he was not punished along with him but he was there to look after prince, helped him so that he does not make mistakes.

Felix never had the right to interfere nor he interfered in the royal decisions, in things  hyunjin had to make decisions for his people from very young age, he was there protecting him when things went wrong, he gave suggestions when asked by the prince but let the Prince learn from his mistakes on his own.

Felix was strict, he had very less emotions when puberty hit, his voice became deeper scaring anyone who hurt his prince.

Felix never wanted to be like how he was now, strict and emotionless but he had to, he could not afford a mistake and been thrown away from his prince failing to protect him. He knew a lot of people wanted him dead so that they can get to prince but he was determined to stay grounded and protect him.
He will stand by his oath of 'My Prince"
I' ll always protect you"' he will never back down from it, even if he have to be strict and emotionless, he will be for him, his prince was all he had ,he would give him all and all he wanted to give up for, even his life.
