"So, what, is this place like a sister location?" Elizabeth asked. She and Evan stood on either side of Michael, helping guide him through the building.

William scowled at Elizabeth. "Company, sister company. Honestly, Henry did a terrible job making sure you three were educated. Thank goodness I came back before you were entirely lost causes."

Michael wished his hands were free so that he could clench his fists. As it were, the best he could do was clench his jaw and hope his siblings didn't make any snarky retorts. Elizabeth would be the only one to do that, actually. Michael felt Elizabeth start to pull away and tightened his grip on her hand, shaking his head in her general direction. The only good thing about being blind was that he had a reason to keep his siblings close.

Was what his father said true? Hopefully it was a temporary stress thing and wasn't something worse from the car crash. Not that he was likely to calm down anytime soon even if that was the issue. Still, no matter how long it lasted it was greatly disorienting at the moment. He wasn't about to ask his siblings to describe the place, despite his curiosity.

Then Michael felt himself being tugged forward again, he wasn't surprised that it was Elizabeth.

"Wow! You made Circus Baby into a real animatronics! Can she do everything I drew her to be able to do?"

William seemed ecstatic to discuss his new line of animatronics, seeming to forget Elizabeth's grave offense of misusing terms. "She can dance, she can sing! She's equipped with a built-in helium tank for inflating balloons right at her fingertips. She can take song requests. She can even dispense ice-cream."

"What about the confetti?"

"Pardon?"

"Can she shoot confetti out of her pigtails?"

William laughed and ruffled Elizabeth's hair, much to her dismay. "I knew there was a feature I forgot. Perhaps one day."

"Why did you come back?" Michael asked in a flat tone. He had to keep it flat, showing anger or fear wasn't exactly ideal in this situation.

"Family trait. Aftons are dreadfully hard to get rid of, besides, I never disappear for long," William said as he walked towards the stage where Circus Baby stood and beckoned the kids to walk forward. "Now nearly everything is back where it belongs," he added with a nod.

"Can I touch Circus Baby?" Elizabeth asked.

"Absolutely not. You are never to go near her." For once, Michael could agree with something his father said.

"But she's so pretty!" Elizabeth protested.

"You heard Father. Don't go near her," Michael said without even bothering to glance in her direction this time.

William seemed caught off-guard for a brief moment. "It seems Henry hasn't entirely ruined you three after all! I suppose the three of you are in poor condition after the exciting day you had. Best we get home. You can meet the rest of the animatronics tomorrow!"

"Exciting," Michael muttered with a scoff.

"What was that?"

"Nothing, Father."

----------------------------------------------------------------

Now here was a familiar scene to Charlie, waking up in a sterile hospital after an accident that wasn't hard to trace back to William Afton.

Still, she seemed to be in better condition this time. No new scars as far as could tell. General soreness all over her body. Charlie noticed her left arm hurt, but it was more of being a bit more sore than the rest of her body than an actual pain. She moved it around a bit. Hurt slightly more but nothing broken or fractured it seemed.

Another familiar sight was her father walking in. "How long was I out?" Charlie asked as she stretched out her arms. A bit painful to do, but it felt good.

"Two and half hours."

"What exactly happened? I remember there was car... Michael was driving... I think Mr. Afton was chasing us... then what?"

Henry rubbed his forehead. "It seemed Michael crashed into another car. Or the car crashes into him. It was hard to tell given the fact the other car was intact enough to drive away."

"Where are Michael, Evan, and Elizabeth anyway? Are they in the hospital as well?"

"Charlotte... you have to promise not to panic."

Using her full first name and telling her to promise not to panic? Yeah, how reassuring. "O-okay. I promise," she was hesitant in her answer, but it proved to be enough.

"William took them."

"HE WHAT?!"

"Charlie, calm down—"

"I'm going to kill him. Who does he think he is? What makes him think he can just waltz back into this town and—"

"Charlotte! Enough. I understand you're angry, but I have the police working on it. Besides, you're still healing."

"I'm fine! The police never caught him when he left five years ago and they won't catch him this time. Utterly useless."

Henry sighed and handed Charlie her music box.

"How did you—"

"Doesn't matter. Today I want you to focus on resting. I'll be looking for them today and you can help me tomorrow if you're feeling okay."

"But I feel okay now."

"Wonderful. Let's hope it stays that way."

"I can help today!"

"Don't make me pull out your full name. You can help tomorrow," Henry said in a firm tone as he stood and began walking out. "I'll visit you again in a few hours, don't worry about anything for now besides getting better."

Easier said than done. Charlie was seething with rage as Henry left, but eventually turned the crank on the music box.

It really did make her feel better. Which made her mad. She wasn't supposed to be sitting on some crappy hospital bed listening to calming music, she should be tracking down her siblings for goodness sake!

What an horrendous cycle between the seconds of peace from enjoying her music box to the utter chaos and frustration that was the rollercoaster of emotions of her trying to process the days events.

AN: Obviously I had to name drop Sister Location.
