Where Cal and House are brothers or related and both geniuses. House uses his genius for medical diagnosis and Cal uses his for facial diagnosis.
Their teams somehow end up meeting and finding out that there are now 2 of them.
Bonus points if there are more genius siblings that show up (examples being sherlock, Tony Stark, Spencer reid etc)
