I saw soulmate!au prompt where she had "I can't believe dumbledore died!" as her mark, but it was before Harry Potter was written. This poor woman didn't know who Dumbledore was and was worried for him, then realising when the first Harry Potter book came out, but it's been spoiled.
But... Imagine if this happened in Harry Potter! Where Harry Potter wasn't the prophecy child because of some awesome power, but because he met his soulmate during a order meeting where they were discussing how to defeat Voldemort and his soulmate decided to recap the whole story in a deadpan tone full of sarcasm that resulted in a paragraph on Baby!Harry's back or something. But since they were born after him, he only got his soulmark after he defeated Voldemort as a baby. And since Petunia didn't care and he was self-conscious, no one found out till one day he either accidentally gets caught without a shirt or someone has to explain/read his soulmark for him.
And then...
Everyone thinks he's a seer or all knowing because he acts so casual when he tells everyone how to defeat Voldemort.
