• Chapter 16 Happy Birthday •

Mia's POV

It was the night before Justin's birthday. I'm happy we both managed to forget about Derrick these past few days.

I wanted to go full out and surprise him as a gift and a thank you for all that he's done for me. Therefore, I decided to act like I didn't know when his birthday was while we were hanging out. He asked me to spend the night at his, but I said I wasn't feeling it. He seemed upset, but I was making it up for him by surprising him.

I had everything I needed for Justin's surprise Party. I got the main contacts like his mother and his best friends, his celeb buddies too. I had them help me spread the word but to be kept a secret.

I decided not to decorate the front of my house or my backyard considering Justin could see it from his Balcony if he went outside which he does, a lot.

*buzz, buzz*

Justin: Go to sleep, I can see your lights on lol.

Mia: I am, I'm actually in bed, I'm just too lazy to reach for the light lol

Justin: you're so lazy lol, goodnight.

Mia: Goodnight..

Justin: you okay? Need me to come over?

Mia: no! I'm fine, just need to sleep it off, thank you.

Justin: Okay but go to sleep or I'm going over there lol, you know I will.

Mia: okay okay, goodnight (:

I didn't want him to come over and see that I was throwing him a party, so I decided to actually go to sleep. I planned on waking up early, that way I could finish the decorations and no one would know. And by no one, I mean Justin.

I woke up around 4:30am. I know how could I, but I finished decorating everything around 5:15. I went to go shower and get ready since I'd be busy all day with him. As soon as I put on my outfit, I realized I looked over dressed for it being only 6 in the morning so I changed my clothes. I put on jeans and a black cropped flowy shirt. Then I tied a red flannel to my waist.

I got to the bakery by 6:30 getting the cake I placed in for Justin a few days ago and it was looked amazing. It looked so beautiful I didn't want to even eat it later, probably won't either way. But before I got home I stopped by to get Justin's present.

When I got home I hurried up, put the cake in the refrigerator and waited until Justin texted me good morning.

I planned on waiting for Justin to wake up, but I decided to just go wake him up myself. When I finally reached his bedroom I saw him sleeping like a baby.

I climbed on top of him and whispered,"Happy Birthday." And as he sat up I handed him a box.

"I know it's not much, but I got it for you anyways." I said while rolling onto the other side of the bed.

He got up and just kept looking back and forth, from me to the little box. He seemed pretty surprised to me which is what I was going for.

"So like are you just gonna stare at me?" I said while laughing.

"I..I'm shocked, I never told you my birthday and I could've sworn you didn't know at all like I mean you were so caught up yesterday." He said then realizing it was all a plan.

"Also you're like a huge celebrity and I could find out your birthday just by typing in you're name." I said laughing.

He smiled and opened up the box that had two chains in them. One was because he loved wearing gold chains and the other was a smaller chain with a ring inside of it. The ring was carved and said M.

"I love this. Thank you, seriously, it means the world to me!" He said while giving me a big hug.

"I have a necklace too like the one you have with the ring on it. My ring says J for Justin and yours is M for Mia ." I said.

"I didn't know you had one too, but that makes it 10x better! Mia you're truly amazing and the best, thank you!" He said while setting it down on his desk.

"Now go get ready pumpkin, We have a whole day planned ahead of us." I said while smacking his ass. He looked at me shocked and then shook his head laughing.

I thought it was funny how Justin and my birthday were only 3 week away from each other. As much as I hated it, he was going to figure it out.

Anyways, he got out the shower and I took him out to breakfast. From there I was texting Pattie where I left the spare key for her to get into my house. All she needed to do was get everyone there by 5 o'clock.

I ended up have a lot of time to spare so I decided to take Justin to the Santa Monica Peer. We played games, he saw some fans and signed a few autographs. Then we walked around the beach trying hard to not get spotted by paparazzi's.

It was hilarious cause Justin almost fell with me on his back into the water which made us look so dumb. I couldn't stop laughing. We probably looked drunk.

Pattie: Everyone's here, time to bring my baby boy back please. (:

Mia: On my way (:

"Who keeps texting you lol little miss popular." Justin asked while walking back to my car.

"Your m- I mean Norma!" I said quickly not wanting to tell him what's up.

He just looked at me and said,"Who the heck is Norma?"

"No one." I said totally embarrassed not knowing what to say.

He just looked at me said "Mhmm."

Then we got into my car and as I was driving home the song Baby by the one and only Justin Bieber came on.

"I know you love me, I know you care! Just shout when ever, and I'll be there." He started singing.

I felt like being a sarcastic bitch so I said,"WHENEVER!" and kept laughing.

"Mia! You're not aloud to be mean to me today and you're definitely not suppose to scare me!" He said while pouting.

"Stop being such a..BABY!" I said continuing to be a smartass.

"If you weren't driving, I'd kill you right now." He said while laughing.

"Bitch if you die, I die." I said back.

"You love me." He said.

"I do, but Bieber, we have arrived to casa de Mia!" I couldn't help but laugh forgetting everyone's inside waiting for us.

We walked to my porch, and I opened the door slowly to see no one thankfully. I knew everyone was in the back though.

"I see you decorated your house too." Justin said while looking around.

"Just for you, I got bored so ya know, but let's go hang outside. It refreshing out there." I said while walking outside. Justin followed me hand in hand with me and then he looked up.

"SURPRISE!" Everyone yelled.

Then out came Pattie, "My baby boy! Aww! Happy birthday baby!" She said while squeezing him.

Then Justin looked at me in shock and said, "What, who did this?"

"Mia did." Pattie said.

"Yeah, I mean you are pretty special to me soo.. here you go! Happy birthday." I said while hugging him.

Then I could swear we just had a moment just looking into each other's eyes. I looked away not knowing what it was so I just kind of walked away blushing. I let Justin have an amazing time with his family and all.

I even met Jazzy who is adorable. Then there's Jaxon who's like super full of energy. I probably played with Jazzy the most though. She was just too cute.

I knew my birthday plan was a success. I was happy that Justin was happy and and that he had an amazing birthday in the end.

Happy Birthday Justin.. I said to myself smiling.
