Bakugou had managed to convince Raven not to tell Izuku that he had stopped by. He said that Izuku wouldn't let him come back if he found out. Bakugou guilted her by telling her how he didn't have many friends other than her.

She agreed, and afterwards she didn't feel upset like last time. Bakugou had been much different, he hadn't been weird or intimidating. Maybe he wasn't lying when he said he had just been mad that day.

Raven slipped out of the all Might comforter and slowly walked out of the room. She bit her lip nervously as she made her way down the hall. According to the all Might themed clock it was around midnight. The apartment was quiet and Raven tiptoed past Mrs Inko's room.
She walked to the living room where Midoriya was. To her surprise he wasn't asleep, he was holding up his phone. The light of his screen lighting of his sleepy expression.

Raven knelt by the couch. He looked over in surprise as she looked at him curiously.
"Raven, what are you doing? You should be asleep."
He whispered.

"I can't sleep."
She whispered, she crossed her arms on the couch beside his arm and leaned forward to set her head on it. Blinking at Midoriya lazily. He turned off his phone and sat up.

"What's wrong?"
He asked and Raven shrugged.

"I don't like this."
She whispered.
"I feel bad taking your room."

He sighed.
"Still?"
He asked, running his hand through his nappy green hair.

"Yes! Because you don't get good sleep. You're tired all day and your back always hurts." Raven said and he rubbed his eyes.

"Raven... that's not your fault. I'd feel the same way if you slept in here alright? I feel better knowing you're sleeping well."
He said honestly.

Raven tilted her head, considering this for a moment. "Then I don't have to sleep in here. We could share the bed, it's big enough."

Midoriya's face grew bright red as he looked away.
"R-Raven! W-w-we can't do that! It's inappropriate!"

She frowned.
"But we've slept together before? How's it different?"

"It's... it's just... different. Alright? That was... accidental. We didn't mean to fall asleep."
He said, fumbling for a reason.

Raven obviously didn't know much about... social norms or anything sexual and romantic really. Was it because she was homeless? And didn't interact with a lot of people? But that didn't happen until she was twelve. Or at least that's what she TOLD him. Maybe she was just quirky?

Midoriya didn't know, but he did know he didn't want to mess up this innocence. But he also didn't want her to be SO innocent that other people could come along and take advantage of her.

"So? Why would that matter?"
She asked, she grabbed his arm and tugged it. "Please?"

He but his cheek as she looked up at him.

"I like it, having you there. It makes me feel better." She said, looking right up at him. She wasn't acting flustered or anything while saying it. Because she probably didn't realize how that could have been taken in a romantic way.

He sighed and got up. She smiled and quickly followed him down the hall. His hands were shaking and his palms were sweating. He didn't know what he was going to do.

Raven crawled into the bed and under his blankets. He flushed, the stupid All Might blankets. How romantic. He coughed a little and eased himself into the bed next to Raven who was laying on her side, looking up at him from under the covers.
Izuku gulped and slipped the same blanket over his own body, the bed wasn't that big. A little wonder than a twin bed, so there was no avoiding touching each other. She turned around and let him press against her back, setting her head on his arm.

His body tightened beside hers. The contact sending heat down his veins. She wiggled slightly to get comfortable but then settled down and sighed.

His heart pounded in his chest as he stared forward with wide eyes. He was actually cuddling... like with a girl. An actual REAL girl. His free hand, that had been hovering over her. Eventually rested on her waist, holding the crook of her body.
He leaned his head forward into her hair. Her brown hair tickled his nose but he ignored the sensation.

He was frozen there. Scared to move for the longest time. What if he did something wrong? What if...

What if he did something RIGHT?! What if... what if she turned around and touched his face? What if she kissed him? What if she let his hand trail up her body and lift up the shirt that she borrowed from him? What if she climbed on top of him and helped him take his shirt off, her small gentle hands touching his bare chest and abs-

He hid his face in her hair. He couldn't think about that kind of stuff! That was horrible! This was Raven! His friend, he couldn't... he couldn't fantasize about her. Especially not while laying next to her.

She trusted him, and he was being a pervert.

He closed his eyes and sighed, breathing her in. Taking in the sensation of her body cradled against his own. She was so comfortable against him. His nose brushed the back of her neck and she stirred just slightly. She was already asleep, comfortable against her friend.

He tipped his head away from her neck.

He felt ashamed of himself, even though it was just thoughts. He wouldn't act on any of them unless he knew for sure she was comfortable with it. Even then he probably wouldn't have the courage to make the first move.
But that didn't mean it was okay for him to think about her like that.

Right?

But then again he couldn't help the thoughts that popped into his head. And it's not like it was constant, that kinda stuff only came to his mind every once and awhile.

He sat there, drifting off into sleep while thinking about that. Hating himself for a few simple thoughts as the world grew darker and he drifted off.
