The Samhain Masquerade

Welcome to Our Samhain Diary Entry - StarDate 2274.31.10, Today is The Pagan New Year and The Wheel Turns Again as we celebrate a New Year.

Every Religion has its own New Year. The Jewish New Year begins with Rosh Hashanah , so if any of you are my Jewish Brothers and Sister, Blessed Rosh Hashanah, and to My Muslim Brothers and Sisters let me wish you a Blessed but Prosperous hijri.

Samhain is The Pagan New Year and Pagans celebrate the change of Seasons. Samhain is our New Year and we Thank our Gods and Goddesses for getting us through another Year.

It is a time of celebration with a Samhain masquerade ball and Lord Andrew Charles Howard and I are throwing a Samhain masquerade ball at Beltane Manor.

We will dress up in Gold, Orange, and black, as they are autumn colors and Samhain means in Celtic "Summer Ends."

We will invite Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, Duke of York Territory, Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Third, Earl of Sussex Territory, Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second, Duke of Wessex Territory, Lord David William Beck, Earl of Essex Territory, Lord Patrick William Howard, Earl of Cambridge Territory, Lord Richard William Carey Duke of Bedford Territory, Lord Frederick William Howard and Lord Thomas William Howard, Duke of Northumberland Territory and their wives.

Susan and Katherine will be there to help celebrate Samhain, and we will dance and celebrate with Hot Apple Cider, pumpkin cake, applesauce cake, roast pork, sweet potatoes, green beans, fresh bread, butter, and cheeses.

Lord Andrew Charles and I don't drink alcohol and we advocate that you don't drink. We believe you can have a good time without alcohol.

How can you honor your Gods and Goddesses if you are intoxicated and drunk? I ask people.

I know in the Bible, The Judeo-Christian Bible read it in the Book of Proverbs it speaks against The Evils of drinking too much wine.

You can still have a good time without alcohol. You can dance, clapping your hands.

We will have hot apple cider, hot tea, hot chocolate, and we will serve non-alcoholic punch.

We will dance from October 31 until November 1 of 2275, and then after midnight it will be 2276.

The guest of honor will be Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, and she will be 5 months old and she will be there with her nanny, Barbara.

Everyone will have a good time. We will light candles in the honor and memory of our ancestors, and our late beloved departed family and friends who departed.

If you have any requests, My sisters and I will be glad to remember your loved ones that have passed away and please leave us a request in the comment section.

Pagans honor our ancestors on Samhain. They guide us all the time.

It is one of two Sabbaths we celebrate with dancing and masquerades and the next one isn't until May 1, 2276 which is Beltane Day.

We will have such a good time.
