So... I basically got this idea from the Yoonmin chapters in Don't Leave Me Behind || Namjin AU. Though there's been slight changes. Enjoy! ❤️

Namjoon couldn't sleep.
Seokjin was snoring softly as he slept peacefully beside him, his small soft hand resting on his broad chest as he lay snuggled up to his side, but he couldn't. He just lay there with his heart aching, staring motionlessly into the darkness.
Memories were haunting him like ghosts, the bad ones tormenting him mercilessly, while the happy long-gone ones were like sprinkled salt over open wounds.
Namjoon hated how all this ended.
He hated remembering all the times he and his beloved husband spent talking of their unborn little miracle, he remembered how he'd spoiled him to bits and enjoyed taking care of him for the whole nine months despite all the hardships from his moodswings, strange cravings and cramps, and lastly, how he and Seokjin had often sat cuddling together with their entwined hands on the latter's rounded bump, feeling their child, the proof of their love, kicking in response to her fathers' sweet gesture.
Namjoon hated remembering how fate stole their little one away from them, disregarding all their hard work and wait for their baby. He hated everything that caused it.
He couldn't take it anymore. He was threatening to burst. He needed a release... somehow. Anyhow. He needed a distraction.
He got out of bed, walking across the room to a table and opening a drawer as quietly as he could so as not to wake the other male up. Namjoon looked over his shoulder now and then, as if scared of getting caught.
No. Seokjin was sleeping, looking like a complete angel. He always did.
Namjoon brought out a packet of cigarettes and a lighter, kept hidden away under a pile of his work files and documents, quietly shutting the drawer and going into the balcony, closing the door behind him carefully.
Meanwhile, his husband could feel the coldness of the bed as soon as he got out of it, even in his sleep.
"Mm," Seokjin moaned softly with his eyebrows wrinkled with a discontented frown, stirring awake.
His almond eyes fluttered open and he found himself lying on his back on the bed, one hand resting on his flat stomach and the other beside his head, his legs tangled with one another.
