"Nooooooo! You idiot! Don't leave her! She loves you! Why can't you see that, dumbass?!
Seokjin was yelling at the guy on the laptop screen, close to tears as the man left the female lead of the k-drama alone after telling her joyfully about his new relationship.
Namjoon and Seokjin lay in the latter's bed, unconsciously cuddled up close as they watched the drama, emptied pizza boxes lying on the floor.
As Seokjin cursed or cooed at the playing scenes, Namjoon was more lost in Seokjin's beauty and adorableness than the story plot that he'd gone through repeatedly before.
Seokjin was the object of his deepest interest and infatuation, a secret source of sweet surprises.
As Seokjin started crying, watching his female lead walk into the rain outside the setting alone with a numb expression, unable to take in the fact that the man she loved was in love with someone else, Namjoon cuddled the brunette to his chest to comfort him.
"W-why, Joon?" Seokjin sniffled, clutching Namjoon's shirt in his little fists as the younger rubbed his back. "Why can't he see that she loves him? She did so much for him, and he just sees her as a friend and a sister? That h-hurts!"
Seokjin couldn't help it. He could feel the girl's pain through his own experiences, and that made him hurt more than it was supposed to while watching an angsty scene. And thus, the crying.
"Maybe he wasn't meant for her," Namjoon said softly, gently wiping his tears with his thumbs. "The feelings aren't mutual, so what they have can never blossom into a healthy relationship."
"T-that's not f-fair!" Seokjin pouted, puppy eyes sparkling with unshed tears as he looked back at the screen, still holding onto Namjoon.
"Maybe she deserves more than that man, someone who'd truly love her for being who she is?" Namjoon grinned.
"Huh?" Seokjin was about to look at the blonde, but the latter motioned to him to focus on the drama, pulling him close so that the back of his head rested on his shoulder.
The brunette snuggled upto Namjoon to get warm, watching in surprise as the female lead's best friend appeared, holding an umbrella over her head for her.
