Chapter 32

Yaretzis pov

I nearly died today but my baby saved my life yet again we're currently on our way back home I told my team to bring the empress is sister to me and to sweep the entire area and make it look like no one lived there. I'm riding on Chase's back because Ares is to tired to transform, after thirty minutes we arrived at the pack house and I get off Chase it took me twenty two hours and thirty minutes to get to her and it takes her thirty minutes to get me home when she's not even running at full speed "Retzi how do I turn human again" my thoughts are interrupted by her whining "easy think of your human form from your hair to your eyes, ears, mouth, nose, fingers and toes, everything that makes you human then transform" I say and she closes her eyes

After a few minutes she starts to transform back, she screams in pain because your first shift always hurts terribly, after she's fully shifted she collapses and I catch her before she  hits the ground "it's okay baby you did it it's all over now" I say as I stroke her hair and speak comforting words into her ear she let's out an adorable whimper before falling asleep.

I picked her up then knocked on the door waiting for a response and seconds later the door was opened revealing my father and mother my father came into view shortly after and took Chase from my hands then my mom hugged me so tight I couldn't breathe

"I told you I'd be back" I chuckle

"Yeah and I'm happy to see you sweetheart now how long till she wakes up" my mother asks

"Probably in a few hours why?"

"Because she'll tell me the actual truth and I can ground your ass" my mother says seriously

"Nothing happened I was fine matter of fact I saved her" I lie through my teeth

"Sure. Your not allowed to be near Chase until after she's woken up and I've spoken to her clear"

" Crystal" I give her a tight lipped smile then walk away she can't ground me I'm 23 years old for crying out loud

"You will be crying out loud if you don't fix that attitude Retzi" she scolds and I freeze shit I said that out loud fuck.

"Sorry Mom"

"That's what I thought" Well at least I know where I got my attitude from

"Alpha the captives are in the interrogation room as requested"

"Good shall we go pay them a visit" I say to my beta

"But of course" he smiles at me and we head down to the interrogation room

Chase's pov

I woke up gasping for air I looked around the room and realized I'm not in my room the sent in this room is soothing it smells just like Yaretzi wait Yaretzi where is she I get off the bed and follow her sent till I come to a stop at the interrogation room I push the door open slightly and what I see almost brings me to tears then what I hear Yaretzi saying actually pushes me over the edge and I let the tears fall.

Yaretzis pov

"You're all being very dramatic, you can't even move a limb so why are you yelling" I ask the empress is sister

"Fuck you I'll have you killed I'm the sister of the empress"

"Firstly you are in no position to speak when you kidnapped and tortured the empress is only heir not only that but you tried to kill her as well so we both know death is your punishment not mine" I say then smirk

"And why am I here I have done nothing wrong" Sabin says this little bitch is trying to play dumb

"Everyone here is here because for some reason you chose to hurt the most pure person I know Chase did nothing wrong to either of you and you decided on wrongfully hurting her some more than others. Its heart braking and disgusting, and you have the audacity to yell and plead for mercy what I'm doing to you can't compare to what you've put Chase through" I take a breath because I'm about to break and actually loose it
