Yaretzi called me saying she misses me and that I should go watch the execution with her so Theodora and I are currently heading to the execution chamber right now
"So you like boys?" I ask the short older woman walking beside me
"Honestly no I've never really liked a man or been attracted to one but with women it's a whole different sto-" she freezes and looks straight ahead, I look in the same direction only to see Laylani standing there smiling then I look at the short woman besides me and she seems to be in a state of panic
"Hey little one are you okay" I ask a little worried
"I'm not a little girl" she whines
"Oh aren't you now" Laylani says in the most seductive way possible and Theodora gulps
"Uh..uh..hi" Theodora stutters
"Hi there gorgeous can I steal you from my emperor for a little bit" Laylani asks. Theodora looks at me as if telling me to say no but Laylani seems to want her so I nod my head with a smile and Laylani grabs the poor girl and heads off with her this just makes me laugh
I arrived at the execution chamber and walk in instantly spotting my lovely mate I walked up to her kissed her cheek "you asked for me my love" i say as I take a seat "yeah I missed you" she lays her head on my shoulder "you smell like someone else care to explain why your scent sent is masked and you smell like another female!" She growls
"Well I was helping this girl named Theodora out she's a vampire and she looked ill like more pale than a vampire should be she needed blood and she was being starved and abused so I let her drink from me which healed her and then we went to the kitchen to have some food after that you called so I decided to make my way here with her but before we could enter the chamber together Laylani took her away from me so here I am" I say with a toothy smile
"I want to meet this Theodora so I'm calling Laylani to bring the little blood sucker here" she says then freezes probably linking Laylani.
Laylani's pov
So I found my mate and her name is Theodora she's so adorable and small I could put her in my pocket she's also really shy it's cute "so Theo can I call you Theo what's your story and why am I just now meeting you?" I ask my mate "uh I'm my parents golden child so I'm practically kept as an egg they never let me attend school because they chose to home school me and I'm engaged and yeah call me whatever you like" I growl at the fact that she's engaged "is this person you're engaged to your mate do we have another mate I don't know about!" I ask the beauty trembling in front of me "No no it was a forced engagement I don't love him I honestly don't want to go back to him" she sighs "and you won't you are mine and mine alone now let's go meet the Alpha she would love to see you" I say and she smiles then nods before getting up and taking my hand.
Yaretzi's pov
Chase says she was helping some girl who Laylani took so we're currently standing outside the execution room waiting for Laylani to arrive with said girl "if this girl doesn't exist I'll have you begging for forgiveness with no safe word" she visibly swallows making me smile
"Alpha you wanted to see me" Laylani asks
"Yes I hear you have a guest with you is this true?"
"But of course, Alpha meet my Mate Theodora and Theo meet my Alpha Yaretzi" she introduces and a young girl steps out from behind her
"It's a pleasure to meet you Alpha" she speaks in a soothing voice then bows
"The pleasure is mine" i smile at her "whose your betrothed if you don't mind me asking"
