Picture of Lucy-well, her face

Damon's p.o.v
"What have you done to him?" He asked, anger bubbling in his words. I knew he wanted the boy to be safe, but he had to know his place. Even if it meant scaring him a little.
"I gave him...a little nudge in the right direction let's say. He wouldn't do what I wanted so.." I let him work out the rest. I heard him curse on the other end of the phone. It was fun to annoy him like this.
"If I find out that you've even touched a hair on his head, I'll rip your head off!" He threatened, trying to keep his temper in check. I smirked.
"You were never good at keeping your emotions under control were you, is that why she committed suicide Henry?"
There was silence. I knew I had hit him where it hurt and I didn't care. After what he did to me, he deserved everything that he got.
"No. I don't know why she did what she did, but this isn't about her Damon, it's about the boy. All I want is for him to be safe." He pleaded, I sighed and looked out of the window. Darkness enveloped everything in sight. Gloomy mists hovered over the ghostly forests. Everything looked dark and dead, except the corpse-white moon.
"Fine. I will try not to make him bleed, although I'm not promising anything." I replied, he let out a sigh of relief.
"Thank you brother I really apprec-"
"This doesn't mean anything!"
More silent noise filled the room. He coughed before speaking.
"I know and one last thing before they arrive,"
"What?" I asked annoyed. He was driving my patience now.
"Make sure Alex is never alone." He sounded sad. My black heart shrugged it off.
"Why do you think I took his friend Henry! I'm not stupid." He smiled. I could feel the happiness in his voice.
"I never said you were Dam, it's just I miss this. Us. We were a great team Dam, causing chaos everywhere we went. Why did you leave?" I hesitated.
"I have to go now. Bye!" Hastily, I hung up before he could ask any further questions. What happened back then didn't concern him. I closed my eyes and tried to forget the growing memory.
The boy will eventually find out. Don't you think I don't know that! So what if he does? We'll lose everything we have ever worked for. I don't want to alarm you, but that boy could ruin us. If he finds out our little secret then- if. If he finds out. As long as he keeps his nose out we'll be fine. For our sakes I hope you're right. I'm always right.
The door slowly creaked open. My gaze remained on the lifeless landscape before me. The floorboards moaned loudly as they approached me. Fear. Someone was afraid of me. The smell of fear grew stronger with every step.
Wait for it. They were a few metres away from my chair. Just one more step and...creak.
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT NOW!" I yelled, balling my fist, then tossing the chair across the room. One of my servants stood there-fear holding him to the spot-shaking. My God, his face was priceless! His wide eyes and parted lips were a classic. He was stuttering, but the words just came out shaky and unclear.
He was dressed in your typical butler's outfit. I held back a smirk. I loved scaring the staff, it was one of my favourite hobbies.
"It's alright Sammy I was just joking, proceed." I ordered. He adjusted his tie and brushed down his black trousers. It took a few more seconds for him to compose himself and remember what it was he was sent to tell me.
