Chap 46: End Game

I'm starting off by saying our relationship has been great and it gets better and better each time. Joshua had somehow remembered most of his memories back but not completely. We've been taking days off work to get back some of the time we need to help Joshua. Ryu was happy and sad about it at the same time but he told us he could manage. I had coffee with him and her wife last time and it was so great meeting his wife. She's really pretty and gave me a bracelet she made. Isn't it cute???

"Hey what are you thinking?" Joshua suddenly asked me as I was leaning my head on his shoulder. Lately I wasn't conscious about me being clingy and him to me too. Currently we are headed to a private beach resort that Vernon gave us as a thank you. We gladly accepted it because why not right?

"I'm thinking, what would have happened if I was the one that got the broken brain. I just know things would turn out so differently." I told him and he started thinking.

"I'm not sure. I'd probably bug the hell out of you still." He said and I just rolled my eyes.

"You wouldn't even like me if the situation was exchanged." I told him and he looked like he was pretty offended as he put his hands towards his chest like he was pained.

"How could you say that! I'd probably do!" He fought back.

"Yeah right. Who are you kidding right now." I said jokingly but he just looked at me.

"Come on Kyeom give me some credit here. I liked you first anyway." He said bragging and then I chuckled.

"Yeah because I tricked you to living together. That's why you liked me. If I were the one that had the amnesia, I don't even think you're gonna care enough to visit me in the hospital." I said and he looked at me in shock.

"Is that how I come off to you at first? That's just rude. I do have manners too even if I hated you last time, well technically I was just teasing you." he said defending himself. I looked at him and shook my head.

"Yup, you made my life a freaking hell hole from the start. I can't even remember the first time we met. I just knew that our parents hated each other and that's just what it is." I told him and then he got silent.

"Actually I don't remember the first time we met." Joshua said suddenly and I thought about it too.

"You're right, I don't remember too. But I remember you hating me first. Pretty much that's it." I told him and he looked shocked.

"Hey! If I did hate you first. It was because of my mom. Not my decision..." he said using his mom card again.

"Whatever you suck." I said but then he just gave me a peck on the lips and I pretended to cringe at his action but that actually made my heart pretty happy. I closed my eyes relaxing on the boat to the island as I hear Joshua humming songs.

After the travel... we finally arrived in the beach resort. And this time I have mentally and physically decided to go all the way with Joshua, so this is gonna be a special place for the both of us. I thought to myself and laughed like a crazy person.  Plus it's an early gift for him. I know we haven't discussed this together, but this gift wont hurt him. Maybe I should worry about myself here.
