"Where did you run off to during lunch?" Morgan asked with a hint of suspicion in her voice. "I went for a walk." I replied. "Did you? With the new girl, in a classroom?" I froze. "Shane what's going on with you?" "Nothing, I swear." She shook her head and walked away.
"Wow Shane, you're great with girls aren't you." I heard Brandon sarcastically say behind me. "I don't have time for this." I said and walked to my locker.
A note fell from my locker when I opened the door:
Meet me in the park woods after school- Hazel
"Couldn't have just come up to me and tell me?" I mumbled. I put the note in my pocket and walked to my next class.
