Josette Saltzman messages you.Hope looked down at the flip phone, a small smile appearing on her face.
I hope you're doing okay.
ReadShe was sure she'd never understand why the brunette was so kind to her, after all she did try to kill the girl and her entire family. Kindness wasn't something Hope was familiar with, not after she lost her family. Betrayal was all she knew now, the hold her family name had over her was something she couldn't let go of. It would follow her everywhere.
She had no clue where she was headed, she didn't even have anywhere to go. Not a life to live, someone to search for. She was just an empty corpse walking along a dark road.
"You look lonely" Someone spoke from behind her, a man. She turned around at the sound of his voice.
She didn't know who he was, just a stranger. "Where you headed?"
"Somewhere far away from here" She mumbled. He nodded "How come?"
"Theres nothing for me here."
"May I join you?" He asked, pushing his hair back. She furrowed her brows. "Why would you do that?"
"Because, theres nothing for me here either." He shrugged, stuffing his hands in his pockets. "I'm sure you wouldn't want to join me on my journey, after all I'm the villain"
"I'm sure such a pretty face as yours can't do too much damage" He tilted his head to the side, smiling a bit as he looked in to her eyes. "Trust me, I've done much more than you could possibly fathom"
He nodded, pressing his lips together. "I'll join you anyway."
She sighed, walking along the rode. "May I ask for your name?"
"Ethan. Yours?"
"Hope"
"So water is a weakness." Landon pointed out. "Yeah cause we didn't already know that, hobbit"
"Stop talking to him like that." Jo mumbled. She wasn't great at sticking up to her sister. The blonde rolled her eyes, ignoring her sisters comment. Landon slightly rubbed his girlfriends back to hopefully make her feel better. "We need to figure out how to kill him." Lizzie grumbled, flipping through a very old grimoire. One collected from Bonnie.
"Maybe the answers Hope" Jo shrugged. "Jo's right—he is trying to kill her" Landon added. The blonde chuckled. "Shes gone, long gone. And its going to stay that way. Plus he was after the bird first." She looked to Landon. "He's the reason we're all in this predicament."
"You're not helping, Lizzie" Jo commented. "You're right. He can hardly kill a fly. I wouldn't trust him to kill a god."
"I could kill a god !" Landon defended. The blonde scoffed. "Let me know if you guys find anything useful."
"I'm sorry about her" Jo sighed, giving her boyfriend her puppy dog eyes. He chuckled "Its okay babe, I'm use to it"
"You shouldn't have to be"
"But I am, lets find something to kill this bastard okay? Then we can continue being normal highschoolers with normal boyfriend hating sisters."
"What about this?" Landon pointed out a page in his book. "A sword worn with forgotten blood and magical blood burned by hell fire" Jo read, biting her lip. "How would we burn a sword with hell fire?"
"Do they mean witch blood?" Landon asked, quirking a brow. "Maybe Vampire blood" Jo added. "What about the forgotten blood?" Landon asked.
