Landon wandered in to the garden via Lizzies orders, the mindless boy had no idea what type of plants were hidden there. What secrets lied among the trees. He smiled mindlessly, looking down his eyes landed on a rock. He hummed "You're not suppose to be here" He picked the rock up, its shiny nature shimmered within the sunlight. It was a shint brown with tiny holes, looked almost as if its color wasn't real, like it had been painted and planted here.

"Put that down" Lizzie scolded the boy. He dropped the rock instantly, earning a smack in the head from the blonde. "Are you stupid? We don't go randomly touching things in the garden" She huffed, carrying around a small pot with flowers. "Says you" He replied, looking to her collection.

"This is truth weed for your information" She rolled her eyes. "Unlike you I know my plants."

"It was a rock not a plant" He crossed his arms over his chest. "And your brain is the size of a rock" She mumbled.

"What are you doing with all that truth weed?" He asked after some time. She bit her lip, wondering if she should really give him an answer. "The truth is important, especially when it comes down to a girl"

"Is this about Hope?" He asked, looking to the floor slightly threatened by her. When she didn't reply he assumed the answer was yes. "Don't tell me you're going to spike her drink, Lizzie. Hope deserves more than that."

"What do you care" She spat. "Not like she ever gave you the time of day."

He bit his cheek. "Thats not the point."

"Wouldn't you like to know if she ever actually had feelings for you, Landon?"

He looked up at the sound of his actual name coming from her mouth, feeling slightly more at ease. "Or what secrets she keeps hidden at night? Why she has nightmares? Why shes so alluring?" Lizzie sighed, looking to the clouds.

"Hope holds a lot because shes been through a lot" Landon warned. "She deserves to keep her fair share of secrets, just like you."

"What are you talking about?"

"You still haven't verbally told her you like her, or how you set Josie up on that date, maybe how you knew your sister had feelings for the same girl as you. You're not so honest yourself now are you?"

She scoffed, turning to look at the curly haired boy with a threatening glare. "Look here fire fly, you don't know what you're talking about. You have no idea what goes on around these halls."

He looked back to the ground. "Just because I'm quiet doesn't mean I dont listen." He mumbled, low enough so she wouldn't hear.

When she got back to her room she mixed the flowers in with some tea, pausing before picking up the cup. The words Landon said repeated in her head like a record player. She groaned, knowing this was wrong. "Fuck me" She mumbled, pushing the tea aside.

Hope walked in shortly after with her hands in her pockets. "Hey Lizzie" Her voice was soft as it always was, her slight smile lit up the room. "Hope"

The girl sat down before her, her eyes landing on the tea. She gasped "I love tea"

"No-" Lizzie frowned, watching the girl down the cup. She couldn't stop her now. Hope cleared her throat. "I actually wanted to talk about something with you" She mentioned.

"No, no..we can talk later" Lizzie shook her head, standing up from the bed and hurrying to get the girl out before she spilled any unwanted information. "Kissing you was fun" The auburnette covered her mouth, like the words that spilled from her lips was a huge shock. Lizzie smiled to herself, blushing at the compliment.
