Hope pulled the blood bag out of the fridge, she was hesitant but recently had gain the courage to try to diet that Alaric had basically forced upon her. The animal diet—he claimed it was the only way Vampires could live, that it was safest that way. Stefans way. Hope didn't know much about Stefan Salvatore, other than he was her fathers best friend and husband to Alarics..wife? They had a confusing intertwined relationship, her parents and the twins. Maybe in a different Universe she'd have met them sooner, wouldn't be who she is now, a former killer, the villain in everyones story. She wouldn't be the person the witches were afraid of when they tried to kill her those countless times.

She forced the animal blood down, as she did for the past few weeks. It was horrible, utterly horrible. She hated every part of drinking from the bag..other than how it made her feel like a hero. Not feeding on humans, the temptation to feed till you drained them of everything.

"It gets better" MG trailed in, grabbing a blood bag for himself and opening it. She didn't know MG well, other than he had a fat crush on Lizzie and had been gone for months prior to her appearance. He began to drink from it like it was a normal occurance like it didnt taste old, like it wasn't tainted and dried out. Animal blood didnt do much to satiant her hunger, it just left a taste of bunny on her tongue.

"Does it really?" She asked, setting aside her bag. He gulped down the rest of his. "It takes a while to get use to, I'll admit. But once you get past the idea of Bamby dying to feed us..it'll subside."

She nodded, his eyes trailing to her barley finished bag. "Are you going to drink that?"

She pushed it towards him. "Have it"

"Disgusting" Maya's face scrunched up as she walked in, watching the two. "Want some?" MG smirked, holding up the bag to her. She gagged "Fuck no, keep that away from me."

The three laughed before Hope left, going back to her most secured place. Her bedroom.

Josie had stayed the night once again, the brunette was still asleep on Hopes bed when she arrived back. She smiled at the taller girl before getting back in to her spot on the mattress. The brunette slept so pescefully, with her naturally pouty face. The auburnette slept peacefully too with the girl by her side, she didn't have a nightmare last night. Her and Mrs Tig came to the conclusion that the root of her nightmares consists of her abandonment issues. Which is natural for an immortal being who lost their entire family to feel that way.

The brunette stirred awake, peeking one of her eyes open to see the other girl. "Goodmorning, sweetheart" Hope smirked at the girl, catching the sneaky eye. Jo groaned, stretching her arms. "Goodmorning."

Hopes ears perked up, she caught on to a distant whistle coming from outside her room.

"What is it?" The brunette asked, looking to the balcony.

Hope walked towards the balcony, finding a man below it. "Did you think the fight was over? Miss Mikaelson?!"

She huffed "Who are you?"

He opened his mouth to speak but she had cut him off, already having a hint to the answer he was going to give her. The same answer she got from everyone who tried to destroy her. "Wait, let me guess. You're someone my father hurt."

He scoffed, a laugh following right behind.

"You will end up like the last few people who tried to hurt me. You don't want to do this, trust me."

"Oh no, I do Miss Mikaelson." She tilted her head to the side in response. "I surely do, I want to destroy everything you hold dear...after I end you first." He smirked, whistling to the woods.

"Let us through the field, Mikaelson. Or we'll find our way in."

"You wont get in." She jumped from the balcony, her feet collided harsly with the path below her before she made her way to the fence. "You wont destroy anything or anyone."

"Hope !" Jo shouted from the balcony, not too far behind her. She was worried about the girl, worried about the war that would rage ahead.

"I promise I will." He tapped his head. "Starting with your mind. I'll give you everything you dreamed of, I'll give you a life you thought you'd never have. Just so I can burn it to the ground."

"Why?!" She shouted, growing angry. "Because my family?! I am not my family !"

"Thats where you're wrong !" He yelled back. "I seen you for what you are, a Monster !"

Her eyes glowed. "You haven't seen a thing yet."

"Trust me, I have." He began to back away, not for fear of her but for effect. "We'll be back." He looked behind her, to the brunette on the balcony. "Either hand her over" He shouted, his eyes still meeting the brown ones. "Or we'll take this whole school."

Josie gulped, slightly afraid but she held her trust in the auburnette. In family, she knew Hope would try her hardest to make sure no one would get hurt. That she'd fight till her last breath for this school. And Jo promised herself that she would do the same, that she would protect that girl till her last breath not matter how soon that came.

"Get the fuck off our ground." She shouted back, holding her head high with authority.

He scoffed "You made a big mistake.." His eyes trailed back to the Mikaelson, his head shook with disbelief. "You must not know what shes capable of. She'll destroy us with the flick of her wrist !" He warned, pointing his finger to the girl in the balcony. "Simply because she can."

Hope looked to the floor, her past rushing back to her. "We wont be too welcoming next time you come back." Jo shouted, eyeing him menacingly.
