"What's a virgin…? It was in my book.. I haven't read all of the chapter because I was stuck on that one word." He stifled a laugh and swept a chunk of hair out of my eyes.

"Virgin means a person who hasn't had sex Mi." I furrowed my eyebrows, questioning what sex was. I had missed out on a lot of sex education due to being pushed up a year just before we resumed that topic. I did know that you needed a man and a woman to make a baby and I knew about different mental illnesses and I knew what LGBT was, but on the more practical hands on side, I had almost no clue. I also had no experience. He chuckled at my pureness.

"Well you might as well find out from me, you find out some way or another." I eagerly sat up, shuffling onto one of his legs. "Sex is when two people.. erm how do I put it so it makes sense to you? Basically if it was a guy and a girl, he would put his … pe*** into the girls' lower parts.. " I understood.

It felt like there was now an awkward atmosphere in the air, I didn't like that. "So are you a virgin?" I looked up at him with my jaw hanging like a kid. "I'm not Mila, you are though." I nodded and we curled back up in bed. "Would you.. ever have sex with me?" I felt something jerk up but it wasn't him. I cuddled him tighter. "Yes, just not today, let's just take baby steps love.." He pulled me in close and quickly kissed me. "Sleep well, Strawberry." I giggled and put my hand on his back. "Good night Sky.."

After a close analysis of my actions on that day, I was pretty bold to ask if he would perform such a tender act with me, even if I didn't mean right then. My pureness led me to be very straightforward and direct. Some may call it bluntness, I say it was me not fully understanding how much of a bond you needed with a person to just ask if they'd ever do you. Honestly, I was fairly stupid but this wasn't my fault, I'm just glad my best friend was Skyve, not anyone else, because he understood this and he also loved me.
