She has dark blue hair split into two unkempt ponytail-like strands, pale skin, and yellow eyes. She usually wears a customized Tome of Apotheosis Alliance uniform. ________ Personality Vera is often overly suspicious of strangers and quick to make assumptions about people based on superficial information, usually leading to her being rude to them, as she suspects that they have ill intentions. Zhangqiong dislikes her because of this.
Despite this, she is not a bad person: her excessive suspicions come from a desire to protect herself and those around her from people with hidden ill intentions, which she encountered way too many of. _______ Backstory (To be added.) __________________ Powers & Abilities (Book) Agility: Vera is very agile and good at wielding ranged weapons.
Strength: Vera is physically strong and can wield a bow with ease, despite the fact that it is very difficult to wield and almost impossible to master for an ordinary person.
Durability: Vera's Rime Shield can block anti-tank missiles, and it can easily protect a person from hypothermia and other cold-related ailments. ______________ Weaknesses (Book) Lack of Skill: Vera is not skilled at all with melee weapons, and catastrophically fails at wielding them. Shoots icy arrows from a bow, dealing Ice DMG to enemies. Each shot restores 10 Freezing Energy.
_________________________ Special ATK - Charged: Rime Shield
When Freezing Energy is full, hold [ATK] to shoot an enhanced icy arrow that can penetrate enemies and ricochet off surrounding objects. After 5 ricochets, the arrow flies towards the deployed character and transforms into a Rime Shield.
Rime Shield: DMG absorption is equal to 100% of Vera's Max HP. Lasts until broken or until another Rime Shield is created.

Dashes forward to dodge enemy attacks. Can be performed twice in a row.
Ultimate Evasion: Triggered upon successfully dodging an enemy attack. Creates a Rime Shield.

Uses the power of the northern winds to create a whirling snowstorm that gathers enemies and deals DoT Ice DMG to them. While the storm lasts, Vera restores Freezing Energy faster (40 Freezing Energy per second and 20 Freezing Energy per Basic ATK).
Freezing Energy: Restores 20 Freezing Energy per second (maximum: 1000).
Congealing Ice Crystals: Casting Ultimate fully restores Freezing Energy and creates a Rime Shield.
Unforgiving Cold: Enemies hit by Charged ATK or Ultimate take 25% more DMG for 15s and an additional 25% more DMG if they are affected by Superconduction.
Rime's Protection: Characters protected by the Rime Shield deal 25% more DMG and restore 200 HP per second. ________________ Additional Information • Vera's design is based on Herrscher of Thunder's outfit "Nocturne Ablaze" from Honkai Impact 3rd. -The outfit was used as a reference while drawing her clothing. • The literal translation of Vera (Russian: Вера) is "faith", also sometimes used to mean "truth". -The meaning of the name, with whichever interpretation, does not fit this character at all.
