Personal Information
________
Appearance
Clione is a feminine Stragene who looks more human-like than others of her species. She has light blue skin, pointy ears, oval brows, sectoral heterochromia (the upper sector of her eyes is blue and the lower sector is pink), and hair that fades from blue, to purple, to pink, to coral, and, at the tip, to yellow. She usually wears a white sleeveless shirt with a coral collar, yellow pauldrons, and a four-point star on the chest area. A purple corset with pink, coral, and yellow laces is worn by her over her shirt.
On her legs, she wears white leggings and thigh-high boots with a gradient color scheme similar to that of her hair. Her accessories are four-point star earrings similar to the four-point star on her shirt.
________
Personality
Clione is a person of few words. When she does speak, she almost never speaks in a straightforward manner and usually speaks in a cryptic manner, leaving the meaning of her words up for interpretation. She has a deep love for the Nimbus Ocean, referring to it as her "mother" and using feminine pronouns when talking about it. She believes that the ocean is sentient, and that it has feelings towards all the people in the world.
Due to her appearance being more human-like than that of most Stragenes, and her understanding humans better than most Stragenes, as well as her ability to transform into a human when dehydrated, her job at the Den of Wishes is communication with humanity, which is a job that she performs almost flawlessly. A big stress on the "almost".
Her "How do you do, fellow humans?" attitude has made plenty of people confused, as they can clearly see that she isn't human, despite being more humanoid than others of her kind and desperately trying to fit in with human beings.
_______
BackstoryClione is a Stragene born in the Nimbus Ocean around the time of Matriarch Veleda's inauguration. Due to a bizarre genetic mutation, she got human DNA in her genetic code and human pigments in her body, although, both were normally smothered out by Stragene DNA and pigmentation.
She always supported Veleda and followed her cause, even if her ideas and principles were somewhat questionable. Wishing to help Veleda achieve her goals, she joined the Den of Wishes at a young age.
There, she became one of the most influential agents, and became close to the Matriarch herself, who often spent time with her and treated her like a little sister or younger friend.
During the events of Tome of Apotheosis, Clione had helped the agents of the Tome of Apotheosis Alliance on numerous occasions.
_____________
Powers & AbilitiesHuman Form: Clione transforms into a human when dehydrated, as her Stragene pigments are processed into water and consumed by her body to keep her hydrated. Her body cannot do this to human pigments, which is why they stay.
Intelligence: Clione is quite intelligent, despite often being out-of-touch with the situation and seeming like she has her head in the clouds.
Strength: Clione, like most Stragenes, is physically strong and good in combat.
Hydrokinesis: Clione can manipulate water and use it during combat.
