Look who's back

OMG , I'M SO SO SORRY FOR GOING MIA LIKE THAT.  A lot of things happened and I barely came on social media but watching the WC now reminded me of this series so I came to write again. Idk if anyone still remembers me but yeah I'm still gonna update lol 😂
And I promise I'll try to be regular and COMPLETE the story before I disappear like that 😭

Sara's POV
Over the past month we had become pretty close with the guys, well except Abhi and ish who couldn't not stand without fighting with each other. But other than that we really enjoyed hanging out. Oh and Shub did tell me Nagar likes Aish which was pretty obvious. We were in the middle of helping Nagar plan a proposal. But when you have Abhay, Ish and Nagar like crackheads it's hard to do so

Shub- Ok so the proposal will be simple right? No extravagant set up. Maybe take her to the movie and propose her during a romantic scene?

Aditi- bad idea shubh, Aish is a big time movie enthusiast she won't hear a word while she's watching

Nagar- oh I know maybe I should propose her in my next match?

All of us face palmed at that

Ishan - as sweet as that sounds Nagar, it's a horrible idea. You don't want to date publicly while your career is still starting. The media will hover over you guys all the time and whenever you don't play well she'll have to bare the hate
Nagar- but how is me not playing well got anything to do with her. Uski galti thodi hai agar mai acha na khelu ek do match mai
Aditi - we get it, some so called fans and media doesn't get it.
Ish- how about proposing her in the house itself? It's pretty safe here plus she's more of a homebody. Watch a movie, chill and propose her in a calm natural way. She'll like it for suree
Abhay- look who finally gave a good idea for once
Ish- tu to chup hi reh, khud ka dimag chalta hai nahi.

All of us giggled at that

Me- ok so done we're doing this at home. We can do some minimum romantic decoration
Aditi- yess, btw when will aishu be back?
Ish- oh she'll be back around 6
Shubh- that means we have three hours to decorate. Let's get to work guysssss

I shook my head smiling seeing his excitement

We took an hour to decorate the house. We put some cute lighting, put on a few candles and dimmed the light, oh and don't forget the little rose petals for the final touch.

Ishan - it looks so beautiful, good job guys
Aditi- IKR!! Seems so dreamy, wish someone proposed me that dreamily
Ishan - don't worry Adi you'll get a person like that who'll do anything to make you smile
Aditi- Thanks and STOP -
Let it be, it's no use anyway
Ishan - glad you realised that atleast
Aditi- whatever, ISHA
Ishan - heyy don't call me that
Aditi- why? You can give me a guy's nickname, I can't give you a girly nickname?
Ishan- yeah whatever

All of us were just watching them amused, even Abhay and Ish were stunned. It seemed like they swapped places

Aditi- stop staring at us, Sara and Shub go and get some snacks for the movies, and maybe a little pastry okay?
Shub- we can bring a whole cake to celebrate don't worry
Aditi- no don't, it's -
Shub- byee all

He said this while dragging me towards the car while I just managed to wave at them as a sign of bye.

Third person POV

In the car
Sara- you dragged me like a rice bag, I thought I was a bit heavy atleast
Shub- nope , you're as light as a rice bag honestly. Anyway let's go and get the stuff. You want me to play a song?
Sara- suree
Shubman played Naina da kya kasoor and started driving. While he was humming and grooving to the song a bit, Sara was full blown having a party at the passenger seat. She was making hand gestures, moving her entire body, giving expressions . Everything. Every. Freaking. Thing.
Shubman glanced at Sara, she looked so carefree and happy in that moment, he wanted to capture that memory in his mind and heart.
Sara felt a pair of eyes on her and turned to look at shubman while still singing
"Naina da kya kasoor ve kasoor ve kasoor, naina da kya kasoor ve kasoor ve kasoor, naina da kya kasoor ve kasoor ve kasoor aye dil tu bataa dee"

Shubman got flustered and focused his eyes on the road while Sara continued her mini car party.
They bought the stuff they needed and went home.

The proposal was not the smoothest proposal because the ever so savage and Rizz boy Nagar, kept fumbling and saying weird pick up lines. But in the end Aishi did end up saying yes and they boys die do some cake smearing on Nagar. So everyone was satisfied.
During all this chaos, Shubman and Sara's eyes found each other and they smiled.
