To say Sara was happy would be an understatement. She was practically jumping with joy, as if she had taken a dose of serotonin. Krisha looked at her and sighed. She was happy to see her happy and that's what she has wanted for the past few months but she wasn't ready to deal with a baby. Nevertheless she smiled at her bestfriend.
"Aru, will you please sit down? My eyes are tired seeing you jump around."
"But I'm so happy Ish! Everything is back to normal now."
"Yeah I get it but just stop jumping about!"
Sara pouted at that and sat down.
"But I swear to god you guys need to stop behaving like such kids"
"This time it wasn't my fault I swear!"
"Yeah whatever. So have you guys followed each other on insta again?"
"Wait... No?! He hasn't followed me yet. Should I follow him?"
"How about you wait and ask him first what he's planning to do? Since it seems like the rumours with the other Sara are still strong "
"Hmm you're probably right ish. Anyway let's go for a girls day out!"
With that Ish found herself being dragged to different shops for five hours by a very hyper Sara.
Shubman and Ishan on the other hand were busy with their test. The team was happy to see Shubman back to his normal self. He was more focused and didn't look like a dil toota ashiq anymore.
"He looks happier. What happened?" Virat asked Ishan
"Sara happened " Ishan shrugged
"They patched up huh? Good for them. I ship them"
"I mean who doesn't?"
"Probably those who ship YOU with Shubman"
"I'm straight though" Ishan said making a face
"Yeah but you sure are his first love" Virat said laughing and ishan cringed. Though himself smiling.
Shubman was joking around with the teammates and pranking them. A sign that he was extremely happy. Rohit looked at the kid with narrowed eyes. He was happy to see him happy but this side of him did scare him. He never knew what Shubman would do when he was on a serotonin boost like that. He looked over at Virat who send him a cheeky smile and peace sign in return of his frown.
Rahul was sitting and drinking water after a few laps when Shubman sat beside him
"Hi bhai"
"Hi shubi. What's up? You look happy"
"Yess, I'm super happy. Anyway ap ek game kheloge mere saath?"
"No"
"Please bhai please"
"No Shubi"
"Bhai please?" This time Shubman gave his best puppy look and Rahul melted.
"Fine what's it?"
Virat and Rohit watched from afar and grinned knowing what's about to come.
Two minutes later they heard Rahul scream with water dripping down his hair. Shubman ran full speed and hid behind Virat and Rohit.
"SHUBMAN COME HERE I SWEAR TO GOD"
"No bhai I'm sorry"
"SORRY? YOU TOLD ME TO PLAY A GAME. DOES THAT INCLUDE POURING WATER ON ME TO SEE HOW HIGH MY VOICE CAN BE?"
"What does that mean?" Virat asked confused
"THIS IDIOT WANTED TO CHECK THE NUMBER OF DECIBELS MY VOICE CAN REACH UPTO. AND TO DO THAT HE POURED WATER ON ME"
"Rah stop shouting first " Rohit spoke calmly
"STOP SHOUTING? I'M GONNA SHOW THIS KID. COME HERE!"
"Sorry Rahul bhai. I was just curious. Sorry " Shubman held his ears and apologized while still hiding behind Virat.
"Rahuliya it's fine. He's just extra happy today. Let him be"
"Ughh fine. Anyway how many decibels it was?"
"150. That's good Rahul bhai"
"I'm sure I can do better " Virat said and Rahul shot him a glare.
"Sure you can. Anyway get back to practice y'all. And Shubman stop goofing around. It's enough for today " Rohit commanded, the captain taking over and they all nodded while returning to practice.
Ishan slung his arm around Shubman.
"You're making it too obvious that you're way too happy. Tone it down a little"
"Yeah yeah whatever"
"You and Sara are sure a match. Ish called me complaining about how she has been dragged to 100 different shops in the past few hours" Ishan said shaking his head while Shubman just smiled in a very whipped manner.
Okay hi y'all. I know I promised to update before that but I failed in doing that. I'm extremely sorry for that. The updates will be a bit irregular for now. I'll probably start posting regularly after mid Feb. Till then please bare with me. I'm sorry again for the long wait.
