Ok guys, so India won the semis 😭 ( I'm screaming) so here's a part. I also started an OS series on ICT, it will be friendship based, but if you want I can write romance as well😉 Anyway, this part might be a bit heartbreaking, because there won't be a patch up in this. Next part maybe you'll get a patch up and the following some parts, their relationship too.

Regret. That's what Shubman felt as soon as those words left his mouth. It was hard for him to be rude and cold. He wanted to cut off Sara from his life, he wanted her to hate him so she could get over him quick and find a better man, a man she truly deserved. It pained his heart to hear how heartbroken and disappointed Sara sounded with him, yet he had to get through with this act. It was difficult though to completely cut off Sara from his life because Ishan and Nagar, his two best friends were dating Aditi and Raisha, her two best friends. It was obvious, they were going to still meet. But he wanted her to hate him.

Aditi called Sara for the 10th time and sighed when she didn't pick up. She finally called Krisha, she would know what's wrong for sure. She picked up in a go, as if waiting for her call

On call
Krisha- Aditi, I was about to call you only.
Aditi- ohh, how's Sara? Is she okay?
Krisha- I don't know dits. I don't know, she's been in the balcony since 4pm now? It's 8 already and it's cold outside. She isn't responding to me. Idk what happened
Aditi- well I might know what happened
Krisha- what happened? Tell me and how do you know anyway?
Aditi told her everything and Krisha was as expected cursing Shubman by now
Krisha- Why is he being an asshole? Even that Abhay seems better than him now. Such a jerk
Aditi- you can curse him later ish, right now we need to focus on Sara. Get her out of the balcony first and call me afterwards. I'll call Aishi till then kay?
Krisha- okayy I'll call you.

Aditi cut the call and called Ishan first who seemed really worried and sorry about his bestfriend's behaviour at the same time. Then she called Raisha and explained her the matter, she didn't curse Shubman like ish but she was definitely really angry.

Krisha somehow managed to get Sara inside the room and immediately called Aditi, just Aditi and no one else. Why? Because she didn't want to worry Aishi. She was sensitive about her close ones and it would be better to call her and explain things separately.

Aditi and Krisha together managed to comfort Sara a bit. She was expectedly really upset
1. Because it was her first heartbreak
2. Because it was from her bestfriend
3. Her bestfriend behaved like a jerk with her
Krisha and Aditi talked about the memories from when they were kids, and that made Sara feel a bit better.

Ishan, Abhay and Nagar were exploding on Shubman. Ishan had called Abhishek and Nagar and they cursed him through the call and as if that wasn't enough, Ishan told this to Virat too. Shubman glared at Ishan but ishan glared back harder, as if burning holes in him for his stupidity

"Shubman, idk if you like her or not. I think you do, but since you are not aware of your own feelings, I'll let it go. But that's not the way to reject your best friend!!" Virat explained, saying the last part exasperatedly
"Exactly, I've been telling him this, Virat bhai. Who the hell tells their best friend who just confessed to unfollow on insta? That's literally the first thing he said " Ishan added in, furious. Ishan was close to Sara as well, maybe not as much as Shubman. But he considered her a sister and this was definitely the worst thing his bestfriend could do
"I'm not in the mood to talk, please Ishan, Virat bhaiya" Shubman said, wanting to be left alone
"No, Shubman. Idk why you did that. You're definitely nothing like that. You won't behave rudely with anyone, let alone your female bestie. But let me tell you whatever you're thinking, it's extremely stupid" Virat said trying to knock some sense into him
"You like her too, you idiotic jerk. I don't even know what you're thinking. Is it about the media? Then f the media" ishan said, practically yelling by now, because his best friend was behaving way too dense
"No cursing Ishu" Virat said in a warning tone, which ishan didn't pay heed to.
"Anyway, kiddo. You need to apologise to her, she must be really hurt" Virat said in a calmer tone
" Hurt? She's heartbroken Virat bhai. Adi told me she has been sitting in the balcony since the call with Shubman which was around 4pm and Krisha managed to get her in the room at around 9pm. She sat outside in that cold weather for 5 hours because of this inconsiderate jerk of a human" ishan said yelling
Regret and hurt ran through shubman on hearing Ishan's words. Virat noticed it and he quietly led Shubman out, not before telling Shubman to sort it out

Oh a quick question, if you could rename this story, what would you name it? And also according to you what would the timeline of shubsara's relationship be like? Like according to me they became friends earlier on, started dating in 2021, then had a fallout kinda, and then they again started talking to each other, and they've been dating since then. What do you guys think??
