It had been a few months since Shubman and Sara last talked to each other, Sara didn't go to India for the vacation and so Shubman and her didn't meet. Krisha was concious to not talk about him in front of her. Luckily Shubman had realised his feelings for Sara, that is with the help of his friends and their girlfriends. The day Virat talked to him, he tried calling Sara but she had blocked him ofcourse. And he couldn't muster up the courage to call Krisha, cause she would definitely curse at him. Aditi had finally told him to give her some time. This month they were going for a tour in London and he had managed to convince Aditi and Krisha that he wanted to meet Sara and sort things out. Krisha was definitely against the idea but Aditi being their biggest shipper since the beginning, had managed to convince her. The plan was simple, she and Sara visit a cafe and Shubman will be there too, with Ishan hiding. Krisha will leave the place making some excuse and then those two will solve whatever mess they created.
The entire journey Shubman kept bugging Ishan, asking him if she'll listen to him. This annoyed Ishan, because firstly he was trying to sleep and secondly he had probably asked the same question wayyyy too many times. He had called for Rohit all the way in the front, disturbing his sleep and complaining about Shubman. Rohit being annoyed asked Shubman, "Tu sone dega, ya parachute se neeche fek du?" After this threat Shubman didn't dare to speak a single word, he knew Rohit bhai can't throw him from the plane, but it was better to be safe, Right? The team landed in London and they rested for the day. They were to execute the plan the next day
As per the plan Shubman and Ishan got ready and reached the cafe, Krisha and Sara reached the cafe a bit earlier. Krisha, giving an excuse of a phone call to her mother went away. Sara was sitting on the table, her head buried in the menu, deciding what to order. Her eyes snapped up when she heard the chair in front of her being taken. Her eyes met his, and all the anger and hurt she had felt, came resurfacing back.
"Wtf are you doing here?" Sara asked furiously "I'm here for a series" he replied calmly "Whatever, I'm going" Sara said getting up to leave. But before she could, he stopped her by holding her hand "Please Sara, just hear me out once. For 5 minutes please. After that I'll leave myself" Shubman said, pulling off that innocent puppy dog face of his that always worked "Fine, but just 5 minutes" Sara said sitting back down
"Idk where to start from. I've hurt you a lot Sara, I'm so sorry for that. I shouldn't have behaved like a jerk. I was in a denial about not liking you but I was so wrong. Not being able to talk to you made me realise how important you're to me. And ofcourse those idiot friends of ours helped too. What I mean to say is that, I'm really sorry for hurting you because I couldn't get my feelings clear. I like you Sara, I really do. It's fine if you have moved on and never want to see my face again. I just wanted to tell you how I felt " Shubman completed with a sigh, and looked back at Sara. All this time his eyes were cast down, he couldn't say all this while looking into her eyes. Sara stared at him, mouth slightly agape and then she suddenly burst "Are you crazy? Why would you behave like an asshole? Huhh, is it my fault you're too dense? You dumb idiot, asshole" Sara vented our her frustration on the cause of that frustration "You say you like me now? After these many months? Couldn't you have said earlier, as soon as you realised? Yk what the part is? I tried to stop liking you, tried to hate you but no, I just fell more for an idiotic jerk" Sara finished all in one breath now gasping for air.
"So, are you done shouting at me?" "YOU... ISTG..." "Will you follow me on insta first or should I?" This time Shubman opened his insta and frowned upon realising he's blocked "Guess you gotta do it first" "You're freaking crazy" "But I wanna be yours" "What?" "Sara, will you be my girlfriend?" "As crazy as you are, I still like you so yes " "You followed me on insta?" "Yup I did "
"Sara seems to have calmed down from that shouting " Ishan said while trying to look at them through the bushes they were currently hiding behind. "It seems like they patched up " Krisha said looking back at Ishan They looked back to watch them but they weren't at the table. They looked at the other tables and couldn't find them. "Where did they go?" Ishan asked exasperated from this drama "Bhawww" Shubman spooked from behind "Wtf dude" Ishan said jumping with the sudden shock Sara and Shubman pulled their friends up from the hiding place and pulled them in for a hug. Ishan and Krisha jumped at them when they revealed they were dating and left, "giving space to the new couple". That's what their excuse was.
