You were awoken to the abrupt buzzing of your phone alarm vibrating on your bedside table. Your hand scrabbled to find it, grabbing multiple incorrect items before finally catching it. You pulled it under the covers in a bid not to let any natural light into your retinas, mornings were just not your thing.

Switching off your alarm you closed your lids praying for just five more minutes peace before starting the day.
You could hear the faint chirping of birds from outside of your window and the aroma of fried foods permeating from outside of your room.
The scent of a meal sent your stomach growling, you hadn't eaten anything since before seeing the dragons yesterday afternoon.
You lay deep in thought for a moment thinking about Cyrax, you really needed to check in on her today and see if you could get a good look at what was bothering her.

After taking a deep breath you threw the blanket off from over your head, finally allowing daylight to hit your skin.
Getting off of the bed was more of a challenge than usual as your leg muscles trembled from weakness. That's what you get when you have rampant shower sex with Satoru Gojo.
You were already wearing a matching tank top and shorts as you made your way over to your full length mirror.
You eyed up the damage done to your neck, wincing as you noticed how big of a bruise he actually left on your skin.
It had darkened overnight leaving a throbbing mauve bite mark.
You pulled your bedroom door open and made your way into the living area.

"Heeeey! Guess who's making you the best breakfast ever?!"

You rubbed your eyes in confusion as a male voice erupted from the kitchen

You rubbed your eyes in confusion as a male voice erupted from the kitchen.
"Huh? Didn't you go home last night?"
Satoru was casually sporting Shoko's apron whilst frying some sunny side up eggs. "Hm, yeah I was going to but then I got talking to Shoko after you fell asleep and ended up passing out on the couch"
You smiled to yourself, at least he was just as worn out from yesterday evenings antics as you were.
You wandered bare foot into the kitchen towards the beautiful tall man in front of you, you wrapped your arms around his neck and placed a soft peck on his lips. Reluctantly letting go of him you grabbed a mug from the cupboard and poured yourself some leftover coffee.

Now that you were in the vacinity of the kitchen the stench of the frying food made you retch slightly. Satoru noticed and placed his hand on your back in concern. "Are you ok?"
You nodded, breathing through your nose for a moment to gain some composure. "Yeah I'm fine"
Your stomach grumbled loudly, protesting it's hunger. "I think my tummys telling me I need to eat"

Gojo finished up the meal he was cooking and he was thoughtful enough to make a plate for Shoko too.
Your young brunette roommate took a stall next to you at the breakfast bar, her hair was still damp from the morning shower she always took.
Satoru placed the food in front of you, he'd made a fried breakfast with all the trimmings. A pair of thick plump sausages sat next to some crispy rashers of back bacon, golden fried bread was cut neatly into triangles with a perfectly cooked egg beside it ready to be popped.
You eagerly picked up your cutlery and started to attack the meat like an animal, stuffing big chunks into your mouth. "Woah slow down y/n" your friend glanced at your food and back to you with her eyes wide.

Breaking a piece of the fried bread you puncture the yolk of the egg and place it into your mouth.
As soon as the egg hit your tongue, cold saliva filled the remaining crevices. You tried to consume it but your throat closed up in refusal. Both Satoru and Shoko stared at you in utter confusion as they watched you attempting swallow it down.
Realising you were fighting a losing battle you jumped up from your seat and ran to your bathroom. Pulling the lid on the toilet you heaved up the egg, bread and everything else you'd managed to stuff down.

"Is she ok?" concern lacing Shoko's voice. Gojo quickly followed you into your bathroom before seeing you kneeling at the toilet bowl feeling sorry for yourself. He knelt beside you, brushing the hair away from your face and holding your long locks away from the dirty vomit water.
"I'm sorry" you murmered whilst you tore some tissue and dabbed the bile off of your face.
He shook his head, "What are you apologising for silly. It's not your fault you don't feel well"

Once you were sure you weren't going to be sick any more he carried you into the living room, placing you on the sofa and pouring you a glass of cool water.
Shoko sat beside you, the doctor in her taking over. "Small sips y/n. Just take it easy"

Here you were again, climbing up the steep slope into the forest to visit the cavern for the second time in 48 hours.
After your nauseous episode this morning you'd gradually started to feel better. Satoru had pandered to you all afternoon which was super cute but Cyrax was all that was playing on your mind. No matter how bad you felt you knew you had to make the trip and see if she was ok.

You made it to the cave, footsteps echoing on the stone as you venture deep into the tunnels. You assumed she wouldn't of moved from her position yesterday so you followed your instinct and headed to her last location.
You were right.
Her mesmorizing crimson scales glinted from the faint light emitting from the entrance in the distance. "Hey girl"
You cautiously neared her like yesterday, taking it slower this time. A low hiss escaped the huge reptiles jaw when she notices an intruder but she doesn't raise her head like before.
Taking it as a sign to make it quick you swiftly march over to her side, scanning every inch of her for signs of a wound.

Nothing.

You stand baffled for a second, why was she being so defensive if she was in perfect shape. It was so unlike her.
As you stood thinking, the giants tail swept the ground and within that split second you saw it.

Nestled up against her flank it was well hidden, just as she wanted it to be.
It's colour was icy aqua, you'd never seen one that shade before. It's scales laced over one another perfectly.
Your stomach lurched at the realisation of what you were viewing.

Holy shit.

She'd laid an egg.
