Shadows POV
I snickered, oh boy was this gonna be fun. After I made my "appearance," those twerps practically ran for the hills, out the door and ran wherever they felt safe.
I'm not so sure of what happened either, but I do believe when I touched spy-glass I swapped places with the princess somehow. I am unsure where she ended up, but I do know the I'm probably temporarily the ' Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom.'
Anyways, I walk down the hallway those three barreled down, getting a view of a night-lit castle. Walls were a white, rimmed with a gold color while the floors were tiled with white gold squares, along with a long fancy red carpet the reached across the hallway. There were some windows here and there, framed with a soft brown as moonlight poured in, lighting the dark hallway with a soft glow.
I heard a door slam as I followed there rushed doorsteps. I continued to walk in that direction as heard someone from behind.
"Your highness? What's going on, and why are you up so late?" An old voice asked. It was the old guy, Toadsworth right?
I simply turned around, letting me eyes glow in all there glory before him. "Why, there's nothing wrong, dear sir" I replied. I had a calm smile on my face. Toadsworth looked frightened as he realised the details.
"You our not the princess-!" He explained in shock.
"No duh. Well, half-true more really" I shrugged.
"Leave her body at once you fiend!" He commanded as he waved his cane.
"Well, that is unfortunately, for you, not possible." I smiled as I walked away, letting a laugh role.
He did his best to follow me. "Just what do you want with our princess?!" I questioned.
I hummed. Should I tell him the plan? Mmm, nah, it'll be easier for them to be left in the dark. So I just shrugged my shoulders again. "You'll find out sooner or later." As well as giving him a wink. Which only made him more angry and worried for the princess. I reached the door that slammed eventually, and gently and slowly opened the door as it creaked. It looked the kitchen, a fridge and a couple stoves to the left, counters against the back wall, and table in the cente--
