Euphoria: season 1

First day of Highschool Part 2

It was a normal day in the cafeteria Alex, Rue, and Jules were eating their lunch with Rue on the right, Jules on the left, and Alex in the middle. As the three were just minding their own business in silence until the football couth came in with the football team and the cheerleaders were standing and waiting to start their little show for the pep rally.

COACH: You guys pumped?

TEAM: Yeah!

COACH: Are we gonna win?

TEAM:(yelling) Yeah!

COACH: Then let's hear it for the East Highland Blackhawks!

As the coach said that the football team and cheerleaders came down and everyone began to cheer as the team moved around and got everyone pumped but as this was happening Alex, Rue, and Jules were laughing at something that could not be heard because of the loud music and the football team cheering but as they stopped laughing one football player stood up on the table the trio were at and were surprised at this action.

BOY: Hey, let's go!

A the boy left Jules looked at Alex and Rue with a straight face said.

JULES: I, 100 present, present, do not feel safe right now.

ALEX: You need us to be your bodyguards?

The trio then laughed and smiled and Rue placed her head on Alex's shoulder which always brought some comfort to her even if she wasn't in a bad mood, it was a feeling she liked a lot. As the day ended Alex was going to his car until Rue stopped him.

RUE: Hey, wait up.

Alex turned around to see Rue who looked like she ran towards him.

ALEX: Hey, whats up?

RUE: I was wondering if you wanted to come over for dinner tonight?

Alex just smiled at this, it wasn't the first time Rue had asked him over for dinner he would always enjoy the Bennett's company and especially hanging out with Rue afterwards but he knew he had plans tonight.

ALEX: I would love to, but I have a lot of homework to do.

Rue looked a bit sad at what he said.

RUE: Oh, okay well what about later?

ALEX: I gotta do something for my dad. But I can come over Sunday.

Rue then blushed a bit while her smile then came back by what he said and she seemed giddy with glee.

RUE: Okay, Sunday it is.

Alex smiled how Rue responded, it always mead him happy whenever Rue would smile.

ALEX: Alright, see you Sunday.

Alex and Rue then hugged eventually they let go of each other, as they went their separate ways they waved at each other and left the school. In Fezco's car car he got a call from Fezco which Alex answered.

ALEX: Yo Fez, whats up?

FEZCO(PHONE): Yo man, that deal with my supplier is happening soon, and i need you to be there.

ALEX: Why?

FEZCO: Don't know he just said you to be there.

ALEX: (sighs) Alright. I'll be there

FEZCO(PHONE): Alright, see you soon.

Ale then hung up ad drove back to his house and had his mind occupied with why he was called over for a drug deal, it's not like it wasnt, it the first time he had been to a deal but he was never called by the supplier himself but it was something he would think about later.
