Atsushi Nakajima was living in an orphanage. The headmaster of that orphanage was evil to kids, especially Atsushi. The headmaster knew that Atsushi had an ability he just didn't know what it was. Shibusawa was a special doctor in the orphanage that specializes in stuff like transplants and surgery to abilities and experiments. Shibusawa was obsessed with anything having to do with abilities. He even went so far as trying to take people's abilities especially kids. 

Shibusawa would do different experiments from time to time to the kids in the orphanage. The kids were a bit scared of Shibusawa because he laughed like he was crazy when he was with a kid in the experiment area. But since they are kids they don't know that was Shibusawa was doing something that wasn't right. All they could do is accept that this was a good thing so they they thought they were obliging a good cause, when in reality it's bad. When Shibusawa isn't obsessed with ability related things, he was generally nice to the kids at least more kind then the headmaster.

Shibusawa was finally done with a long term experiment that would be able to take an ability of a kid as long as they were in immense pain. Atsushi was the only one in the orphanage that had an ability so Atsushi was called upon the latest experiment that Shibusawa was doing. So Atsushi was sent to sit in a chair. Then a few screams later Shibusawa was clawed in one of his eyes. Atsushi then started hyperventilating and he passed out. Shibusawa was in a lot of pain but he had to get Atsushi to the clinic's bed then he would treat his own wound. 

After Atsushi woke up Shibusawa was not there, but he left a note for Atsushi:

Dear Atsushi-kun,

I'm very sorry that the experiment I did on you hurt you badly and I probably mentally destroyed you. I decided that I will leave the orphanage trying to be better and not be so obsessed with abelites. You have an ability Atsushi-kun. Your ability is called "Beast Beneath the Moonlight." it allows you to transform into a tiger. Please run away from the orphanage and go find a place to live somewhere far from here. I hope we can meet again and be friends possibly, or maybe even a father figure. I hope to see you be something great, when I find you in a few years I'll hope to see you doing alright for yourself. And keep this note with you to remind yourself to not give up. :)

Atsushi was shocked. But he smiled relieved that Shibusawa would get better. He always knew deep down that Shibusawa was not a monster, he was just someone who was a bit broken by the world. Atsushi grabbed a few items and he grabbed Shibusawa's coat. It was something that Shibusawa left behind so Atsushi grabbed it and ran out the orphanage.

A few years later Atsushi was in the Armed Detective Agency. Atsushi was a bit famous because he and Akutagawa saved the city from the Moby Dick. Atsushi was happy that Kyouka also managed to join in one of the last seconds. 

They went back to the agency and Atsushi spotted someone that had white long hair and had a coat similar to the one that he was wearing. (They are in the Uzumaki Café btw) Atsushi then sat right in front of the person who looked so similar to Shibusawa. The other members were confused why Atsushi sat there. Then the person looked at Atsushi. They both looked shocked at each other, Atsushi being more shocked since he was not expecting him here. 

"SHIBUSAWA!?"

"ATSUSHI!?"

They both shouted the others names to one another. Then Atsushi started crying and hugged Shibusawa. The agency members were confused and a bit shocked to see this happening.

Atsushi: "Finally your here! So you kept your promise just like you wrote in the note!" he said tearing up.

Shibusawa: "I told you I would. I have changed for the better now so I am not like my old self. I hope we can become closer to one another now."

Atsushi: "I would love that. Also I wanna know how you found me."

Shibusawa then pulled out a newspaper that he had in his coat's pocket. He passed it to Atsushi. On the front cover it showed Atsushi's face and the subtitle YOKOHAMA HAS BEEN SAVED BY THIS BOY! READ MORE!! 

Atsushi was feeling super sentimental and Dazai, Kunikida, Kyouka and even Ranpo were confused to what's going on. Atsushi then explained that Shibusawa and him had ran away from the orphanage after an experiment gone wrong happened. They were looking a bit hostile to Shibusawa after he told them that. But Atsushi said that Shibusawa means no harm because he's a changed man and he only acted psycho like that back then because he was obsessed with abilities. Shibusawa told them that he has gotten better and has gone to therapy. 

Then the ADA warmed up to Shibusawa after Atsushi told everyone he was a good man. Then Atsushi and Shibusawa grew a father son relationship with one another. Everything was going great, Shibusawa loved the time he spent with Atsushi even though the agency gave him glares when Atsushi wasn't looking at them.

Then there bond grew and Shibusawa used his doctor skills to help out Doctor Yosano when she needed help. Now everything was great and everyone got used to Shibusawa being there. Shibusawa didn't join the agency though, he said he was just there to support Atsushi and spend time with him to make up for the time that's been lost.
