No one's POV:

Atsushi Nakajima was a boy that was living in an abusive orphanage. Atsushi didn't know why the headmaster of the orphanage abused him, but he just did. The headmaster never gave Atsushi an explanation, only the words; "Your a monster, a disgrace." And Atsushi always trembled when he said that. Atsushi was wondering when things would get better, he had hope that someone might save him someday. Little did he know that the day finally came soon.

Ango Sakaguchi was a government agent, a port mafia member and much more involving government activities. He was mostly in his office when he was working. He barley went out of his office at all during these past few months. Ango was feeling a bit overwhelmed at how long he's been staying in the same office and barley getting fresh air everyday. Ango just was searching for the copy paper for the printer since the paper accumulated very quickly on how much paperwork Agno had to print every single day.

Then Ango spotted a box. The box had a few files in it. The files had whereabouts on a debt that an orphanage owed the Port Mafia but it wasn't re-payed. The report, or the files had said that those files were dating back to 11, maybe 12 years ago. Ango decided to go to the orphanage to see if the person who runs the place will pay for the debt. Ango knew that he would have to be cautious about the orphanage headmaster because he heard rumors or more vaguely, he heard about the orphanage Ango needed to infiltrate that they were treating kids terribly most of them resulting in panic attack or even having PTSD. He wasn't sure if that was true but he decided he would answers if he went to that orphanage.

Ango arrived at the orphanage. He walked in and saw what looked like the headmaster of the orphanage. He greeted him with his good old poker face. The headmaster thought, he was shocked. Shocked that someone had managed to find this orphanage willingly and walk in like it was his building, as no one even let him in. Ango just proceeded to ask about the debt to the Port Mafia. The headmaster just said that the debt didn't need to be paid if the debt was too old, as it was immemorial. Before Mori, the current port mafia boss even was the boss. Ango already knew of this information for he decided to look around the orphanage itself to see if anything was suspicious. He decided he would find a kid and use his ability, 'Discourse of Decadence.'

Ango's ability is basically an extraction ability that allows Ango to read the memories left on materials that he touches. So he could take a kids toy they had in their hand and he would know exactly what happened to that specific child. So he decides to ask the big question, the one that would get the process started to this 'mission.'

Ango: "Sir, can I see the kids here in this orphanage? After all I need to inspect this place a bit even if you aren't going to pay that debt."

Headmaster: "...Fine...But be quick. I am a very busy man."

Ango: "Well I am too. Thanks."

Headmaster then nodded his head then lead Ango to the orphanage kids there was a few, but there was a chain at the side of the room. The headmaster had already left the room that Ango was in so Ango went closer to that chain. He pulled on it and touched it, activating his ability and the pulled chain revealed a secret compartment where another room was hidden. Using his ability he saw that the headmaster was abusing and dehumanizing a child. The child had white, maybe silver hair and had single black streak in his hair as if he just drew that in his head. Lastly the boy had ametrine eyes. (Ametrine is a crystal that is violet and yellow) Then in one memory that Ango was looking at was the headmaster saying something to the boy as the boy just glares frighteningly. The headmaster then said the boys name, Atsushi.
