11 | Flirt

Komaeda was relieved now that Kamukura had carried servant away. Hinata was bright red when servant was flirting with him and that usually only happened when Hinata got close to Komaeda. This feeling inside him... it felt bad and weird. He wanted Hinata to look at him like that again. Maybe he had to act like servant in order for Hinata to like him again.

Komaeda had no clue about this kind of stuff though. He didn't know how to flirt, much less how to seduce someone. He didn't even want to do that, but what if Hinata found him boring and uninteresting now?

"Komaeda? Are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine!" He said. "Uhm, Hinata-kun? Where do you find out information without going to a library?"

"The internet,"

"Hm?"

"Let me show you." They went into Hinata's room and the brunet opened his laptop. "You have to type your question in with the keyboard now,"

"Okay!" He slowly tapped the buttons on the keyboard and Hinata hit the enter button. "Now you have to-"

"No, you can't see!" Komaeda hid the screen. After a while, he figured out how to click on an article. He read through one, very focused. Then, he smiled. "Hinata-kun, can we sit down on your bed?"

"Sure,"

They did so and Komaeda stared into Hinata's eyes, smiling. "Hahaha!! You're so funny!" He tapped Hinata's arm as he laughed.

"Huh? I didn't say anything,"

"I think magic Mike is very interesting,"

"Huh?? How the hell do you know-"

"Ahahaha!! You're such a comedian!" He tapped Hinata's arm again. Okay, this wasn't working. He had no idea what humans were attracted to, but he would have to improvise. "Hinata-kun? I want you to... uhm... uhhhh..."

"You want me to what?"

"Put your hand on my body part,"

Hinata's eyes widened in surprise. "Which body part?"

"Uhm... hm..." what body parts did humans like touching? Maybe he should go extremely wild and crazy! "My nose!" He said excitedly.

Hinata tapped Komaeda's nose. "Like that?"

"Yes! Now my knee!"

Hinata did that too.

"I think I have humans all figured out now!" Komaeda announced.

"I don't have you figured out though. Why do you want me to touch your nose and knee?"

"Huh? Humans love that,"

"We don't,"

Komaeda's smile fell.

"What's wrong?" Hinata asked, confused.

"Nothing..." he pulled his knees to his chest.

The brunet looked at he laptop, where the tab Komaeda had used was still open. "Oh." He said, reading the title of the article.

"Why do you wanna flirt with me?"

"Because I don't want to bore you... But I don't get humans at all... Why should I touch your arm when I laugh? That makes no sense!" He complained. "But you'll stop liking me if I don't act like this, right?"

"What? Of course not." He wrapped his arms around Komaeda. "You don't have to do anything for me to like you. I don't need you to seduce me, I think you're great just the way you are. You don't have to try to understand humans and act like them," Hinata said sternly. "I would rip the world apart before I make you change anything about yourself. You're an Angel. And that's amazing. You're amazing, Komaeda,"

Blood rushed to Komaeda's cheeks. "R-really?"

"Really. You're amazing. You can ask me as many questions about humanity as you want. I'll answer all of them,"

Tears began to form in Komaeda's eyes. They sparkled and soon rolled down his cheeks. "I-I don't have to act like humans? Y-you truly think it's okay if I am weird?"

"You're not weird at all, you're just being yourself." He whiped his tears with his thumbs. "There's no need to cry, Angel." He kissed his forehead.

Komaeda leaned his head against Hinata's chest. The brunet ran his fingers through his soft locks of hair, face turning red as he realized he had just kissed him.

"Thank you, Hinata-kun." He smiled sweetly.

"What's a vampire?" Servant asked.

"Fictional beings. They drink the blood of humans after biting them with their fangs,"

"How interesting! Can they drink my blood too?"

"If you have blood, I would assume so, yes,"

"Wow! Show me another one of your pens, please!"

"Of course. I got this one from Hajime for my birthday. It's a simple Lamy fountain pen with my name engraved on it,"
