I woke up and was going to the hospital. Her office timings are different but still I just want to see her once.

The phone call we had was so embarrassing, but still, i really don't mind it. At least i got to hear her voice, and it wasn't that bad for a conversation......

Kanhaji, what is happening to me. Why am i thinking about her again! I should just leave right now. She is messing with my brain.

I reached the hospital and was walking to my cabin, but this dumbo wasn't leaving my mind. She finds ways to annoy me even when she is not with me......

"Kiske khayalo m khoya hua h?" Rohan asked, coming out of nowhere.

"Huh... n..no, it's nothing." I said.

"Ohh, so you started hiding things from me...." he said, raising a brow.

"God! stop being childish." I said, shoving him away.

"Yeah, you only like childish behavior when it's Nitya." He said, mocking me.

I can feel my cheeks burning.
What the hell!

"Stop talking rubbish, and do you work." I said, trying to sound indifferent. Keyword being 'trying'.

"Well, i am going to my cabin only, but why are you here in front of my cabin?" He asked wiggling his eyebrows.

It was this moment, I realized that i was standing outside his cabin. I didn't say anything, and avoiding eye contact, i rushed to my cabin.

Nitya pov

Well, miraculously, i woke up on time today and reached the office, and i found out that our team is supposed to welcome the CEO, and being the team lead, i have to hand the bouquet.

And my guess was correct it was Akki who is going to handle this project. He entered inside the building and I was handing him a bouquet and he was looking at me like he saw a ghost!

"You are Nitya, right?" He asked more like questioned me.

Is this guy for real!!!
He knows me since college.
I am done!
Someone just fire me from the project!!!

Seriously, how can i think it would be fun working with him? Ohh god, how am i going to give that presentation!!

"Miss?" He called me.

"Who me?" I asked irritatedly.

"Ohh yeah, actually you look familiar to my friend, that's why...!" He said, and that's it. i lost my patience.

"Are you serious, Akki? I'll kill you!!" I whisper yell at him.

"Ohh god, it's so easy to piss you off!!" He said laughing, and i rolled my eyes at him.

"What are you doing here anyways." He asked me and i glared at him.

"Don't tell me you don't know i work here!!" I said in disbelief.

"Umm... okay, but i really didn't know!" He said hesitantly, and i shot him another glare!

He is so lucky that we are surrounded by so many employees and my jerk boss. Otherwise, he would be a dead meat!

"Miss. Sharma, ready for presentation?" My boss asked me, and i nodded.

"Okay then, why are you standing here...... go to the conference room and prepare a setup for the presentation!" He said.

"Sure, sir," I said with a fake smile. He is more annoying than bandar.

I went to the conference room and connected my laptop, went through the presentation one last time, and in the meantime, sir entered with Akki.
