Chapter 1: Kurenai Kentamo

2000 years ago, those who lived in Egypt created a black ring that granted supreme powers and abilities. Now, those powers have been passed down to a 14 year old boy in Shibuya,Tokyo, Kurenai Kentamo. JANUARY 3rd, 2012, Kurenai was sleeping in his bed, he woke up, "Hrm, wha-CRAP, I'M LATE!", Kurenai yelled to himself, "If anybody finds out about this ring, I die and they die." He thought. He walked into his 9th grade homeroom class, Mr. Yashi, "Kurenai, that is the 7th time that you've been late this month, if you keep it up you are GONNA get detention!" Mr. Yashi said. One of Kurenai's classmates, Makawari Subarumo, whispered to his friend, Kushi Sushigake, "Damn, Kurenai's in some hot water" Makawari whispered, Kurenai rolled his eyes. 7 hours later, school was over, and Kurenai headed back home, before he got home, he saw Makawari and Kushi standing there, "Meet us at the lake behind the school, or else" They both said, "Ok" Kurenai replied, he met them behind the school an hour later, "Hell you want" Kurenai asked the two, "To kill you" Makawari said, Kurenai pointed his finger, and shot a laser beam of pure energy from his finger through Makawari's head, killing him, Kushi backed off and ran away, Kurenai went home. "Dammit, I hated those two" He said to himself, he got up and went to the pantry and grabbed a pack of instant ramen, and cooked it in a microwave, "Nothing's better than some ramen after a school day" Kurenai thought after he finished it. A few hours later he heard some whispers in his house, "The ring is showing traces of it being located in this old place" A bandit said, Kurenai walked up to them, "How dumb are you" He said, "I possess that ring, good luck getting it off me". The bandits ran off. The next day was a Saturday, Kurenai was off school, then at 10:23 in the morning, the FBI busted in his home, "You, Kurenai Kentamo, correct" One of the agents said, "Yeah, what the hell do you want" Kurenai replied, "Are you responsible for the death of 15 year old Makawari Subarumo, we have some evidence form his friend" The agent said, "I am responsible for that, but he pissed me off and got cocky with me" Kurenai told the agents, "How did you kill him" The agents asked, "That's an odd question, I killed by doing this" Kurenai said as he pointed at the first agent and shot an energy beam through his head. The other agents gasped in fear and surprise, "I suggest you leave and tell nobody about this, or you die" Kurenai said, all the remaining agents shoved the dead one in the bag and ran out. "Damn, I don't wanna kill anybody, but people piss me off and get full of themselves" Kurenai said to himself, his best friend, Ishigi Susomosi, jumped down from the roof, "That was a bit extreme" Ishigi said, "I know that much" Kurenai replied to Ishigi.
