KURENAI'S BACKSTORY CHAPTER

Kurenai Kentamo, born as a member of The Kentamo Clan, his parents were Hashimi Kentamo, who was his mother, and Minkigake Kentamo, his father, Kurenai had a normal life, at least until he was five, a member from The Muko Clan, Dosu Muko, came to kill Kurenai, but his mother got in the way, and was shot by Dosu, at that moment, Kurenai got his Egyptian Ring, his father later committed suicide by ripping his organs out, Kurenai saw his fathers dead body on the floor, and then awakened the power of the ring, but as soon as he awakened it, its evil was released as well, Kurenai had help from its immortal creator, Atem, who was nicknamed "Burger" by Kurenai, Atem helped young Kurenai overcome the evil of the ring, and manage its abilities.

"Hey, Atem" Kurenai asked, "Yes" Atem replied, "When are we gonna manage to allow me to control the infinite power of this dumb ring" Kurenai asked, "Whenever you have become ripe enough for the proper training" Atem replied, "What, that's no fun" Kurenai said, "And plus, if we do, you'll just procrastinate the training" Atem said, "I swear I won't, I'll train" Kurenai begged, "Ok, get to the Forest of Chaotic Endeavors" Atem said, Kurenai headed to the forest, "Be careful, you might lose a limp or 5" Atem said, "I know" Kurenai replied, he entered the woods.

"Heh, hello, little boy" A man said in the woods, "Hrm" Kurenai grunted, the man pulled out a knife and went for Kurenai, he tried to dodge, but was too slow, his left eye was slashed, he almost lost it, and then became blind in that eye, "Dammit, Flame Wheel" Kurenai yelled as he surrounded himself with fire, "Manipulation of The Ripe Flame" The man said as he launched the fire at Kurenai's left eye, leaving the burn mark around it, "Dammit" Kurenai said as he charged at the man, "BLOOD BURST" Kurenai yelled as he tore the man's organs out with his mind and then disintegrated them, "I'm getting a bit closer" Kurenai moved on.

Kurenai was met with a statue, a light shone on the statue, "Solve the puzzle to advance" The statue said, Kurenai saw a puzzle to his right, "Based on the information given to me, I need to answer a question on the Yu-Gi-Oh Card Game, what effect does Winged Kuriboh have, easy, whenever it's destroyed, you take no battle damage for the rest of that turn" Kurenai said, he advanced.

Before him was a table, on each side was deck of Yu-Gi-Oh Cards, and on one side was a man, "I'd you can manage to defeat me in this, you move on, this is testing intelligence and strategic and quick thinking" The man said, Kurenai sat down, and they both drew 5 cards, "Ok, my turn,I set a card face down, and then I summon Salamangreat Jack Jaguar in attack position, and end my turn" Kurenai said, "Heh, my turn, allow me to draw" The man said as he drew a card, "I summon Apple Magician Girl in defense mode, and end my turn" The man said, "Get your game on, cause it's my move, let's draw, now, I summon Salamangreat Foxy in attack mode, and then, I Link Summon the Link-2 monster, Salamangreat Sunlight Wolf, and activate my equip spell, Power of The Guardians, and end my turn" Kurenai said, "My turn, I draw, heh, I sacrifice my Apple Magician Girl to summon the Dark Magician Girl, and I attack your Salamangreat Sunlight Wolf" The man said, "Not so fast, the card I set was Mirror Force, all of your attack position monsters are sent to the graveyard" Kurenai said, "I end my turn" The man said, "Let's do this thing, I draw my card, heh, I activate my spell, Polymerization, and fuse two monsters in my hand, Elemental HERO Burstinatrix and Elemental HERO Wildheart, to summon Elemental HERO Nova Master, with an attack of 2600, now, I attack your life points directly" Kurenai said, "Gah" The man gasped, his life points were now 1400,
"My turn, I'm gonna draw a card, heh, I activate my spell card, Cosmic Cyclone, at the cost of 1000 life points, I can destroy one spell or trap card, and I choose Power of the Guardians, and my life points are 400" The man said, "Dumb move, I draw, and end this duel, go Elemental HERO Nova Master, attack his life points directly" Kurenai said, the man shattered and was banished for losing, Kurenai advanced to the end, he had emerged victorious in the test, and unlocked the rings power.
